One of the worst hotel experiences of my life
Reviewed By RebeccaTracyThe "Best" Inn Motel has some of the worst service in town. We only stayed one night. The bed covers smelled so badly we couldn't sleep under them and were stained. Both of our rooms completely flooded with water during the night, breaking 2 of our chargers and phones. We had 2 rooms each with 2 people, only one breakfast was brought to each room. We were later brought 2 additional breakfasts which the manager told us were a "discount" and we were only supposed to have 1 breakfast between 2 people. It was $15 each per night. The manager then refused to give us any discount unless we stayed another night. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had so far. I will be telling everyone I know who's visiting Kigali to avoid this place!

A very bad motel airport inn
Reviewed By Muman11Been staying in this motel for two days but it’s been nightmares . Not hot water for shower To much noise all day all night The kitchen it’s crazy The owner he is a crook overcharging services Poor stuff Bed bags too
