Reviewed By Adventure733718My 10-year-old dropped the phone and accidentally hung up on the lady she then entered my room after paying for a week here and started screaming at me and my children for not being able to understand her and that's what she thought the phone was hung up for then when we proceeded to go talk to the manager about how she just barged in and started screaming and throwing things the manager refused to talk to us or give us a refund so she only refunded two nights of our stay don't come here it's horrible the room smell like cat piss anyway it's bad your parking lot gets broken into there's a bunch of shady people

No A/C in all 3 rooms we tried-temp 78
Reviewed By jmedin980837We were given room 208 & the evening supervisor (Jessie, I believe) was unable to get the air conditioning to work in this room. We were transferred to room 209, and the nighttime supervisor (CJ) was unable to turn on any air conditioning in the room. He then transferred us to room 210. The thermostat read 78 degrees, but appeared to be decreasing. Unfortunately it never went below 74 the whole night though we kept getting up to check it, despite turning it to 67. Shelly (GM) in the morning took $20 off our bill stating “we’ve known this is a problem and have the part in order to come in.” I had asked CJ if this was a problem and all the rooms were like this and he stated “no, someone came to look at the units last week.” We could not sleep due to the lack of temperature control. Will not return.

Better than some Super 8

The only chair to sit in in our room was an uncomfortable desk chair. The room was clean. I've found with Super 8 motels, it is hit or miss whether or not the hotel is a good place to stay. This one is okay, but I would avoid staying here for more than one night since there really isn't a place to relax in the room other than the bed.

Night of cigarette smoke and animal urine but it was affordable

Let me tell you Expedia lied to me like it was running for office. When you enter the lobby the odor hits you like you owe it moneybbstrobgly recommend breathing through your mouth. Trust me. Then they give me an option "pet room or smoking." I don't smoke or have a pet so this want a pleasure for me but I chose pet over smoking because they said it smells better. ??. I chose pet room over smoking. Not sure if it was the right choice.then you walk down the creepiest hallway I've seen since the Shining. White cinder block walls and a hallway straight from prison. Not making this up. I wasn't sure if inwas going to hear a voice yell "Roll them on 4 boss" or see 2 little girls at the end saying "RedRum." After navigating cell block C to the end of the hallway I made it to my room. OMG!! The smell was a mixture of humidity, dirty carpet, pet urine, and the smell of decades of broken dreams. The room was something out of a 1970's porno/ slasher flick. It just read "Dirty". It was warm in there so I went to turn on the air. When I went to turn it on I found a piece of paper on it that read the air could not be turned on below 68° or it freezes up the A/C unit. Nope it was 98° outside and probably 78 in the room of horrors so 61° it was. This caused the A/C unit make noises that resembled monsters crawling out from the depths of hell. Over the next 2 days I walked in and out of the Lobby of horrific odors, down the prison hall, and I to the room where my A/C unit emitted sounds I assumed conjured demons and horrific smells. The breakfast was great. A fold out table with waffle mixture, a couple pastries and that's about it. Never ate it. Why did I stay you may ask. Well Expedia doesn't give refunds and other rooms were sky high due to multiple events. So if you are looking for a place to stay on a budget and COVID killed your sense of smell, this may be the place for you. Just bring holy water and an open mind. The staff were friendly though
