Reviewed By maureenlS2709JVGreat hotel. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The lady that checked us in and out did everything she could to make our stay more comfortable. Rooms were nice. Shampoo /conditioner/ body wash was available in the bathroom. It was also locked in so no tampering possible. We will definitely stay here again. You just can’t beat walking in to see a smiling friendly face.

Good Location, Reasonable Rates
Reviewed By Joselito DEnroute to Fort Mc Murray from BC, had to do some work in this town and booked a room because one, their rates, and two, I have stayed in this hotel once in the past. The rooms are spacious too and the bathroom is clean but the use of darker towels in the washroom - probably just not used to it cause it looks not so clean even if it may be. they also have suites with kitchenettes, which could be an important consideration considering the circumstances that we're forced to be in because of the C19. It's what I was booking for but there's nothing available. Overall, the stay is ok primarily because of their internet - it's high speed and fast which is very important for my work at the end of the day. The location is also good, right in the heart of the town's commercial area steps away to, restos, groceries, gas station, a car wash, and other shops. The bagged breakfast is surprisingly good. Hot breakfast in this hotel is also good when they were still serving hot buffet breakfast.

Offered the hotel garden hose to wash the bugs off the bikes, & encouraged us to ask for anything needed. Made sure we parked in the back, that we could see the bikes from rooms, said the staff do security walk through, just a great bunch of people at this place. Rooms were fine, restaurant was good too.

Reviewed By l0uiseecAbsolutely terrible hotel. Filthy, no towels no cleaning of your room, no garbage pick up. Also, God help you if you get sick with anything, they will discriminate against you because your sick and kick you out. Stay the hell away!
