Reviewed By Z4604EEtomhDirtiest and oldest Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. Mold around the shower. Toilet tank top not matched to toilet. Very dirty under the rim. Base of toilet where it met the floor was very bad with loose caulk and dirt. At $124.00 a night I expected, at least, a very clean room. Small rooms. Breakfast was hotel style, OK for that.

Reviewed By Colleen WThe hotel was in beautiful shape, clean and well maintained. Our room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Dean and staff were friendly and welcoming. The dining area was clean and the coffee and food replenished on a timely basis. Very convenient to our venue and area restaurants.

Clean and comfortable
Reviewed By Tour33478910343The Hotel was very clean. The AC in the room worked great, which is important. I had work to do and the Internet was very fast and the staff was wonderful. The bed was a to firm for my liking but comfortable.

Beware! Your On-Line Confirmation may be Worthless!
Reviewed By TheSimpleTravelerOurs was. I booked on line earlier in the day for that night's stay. I received confirmation back via email that we were all set. (see accompanying photo) I specifically reserved a room on the first floor, with a king bed as there is no elevator. Upon our arrival, the clerk informed us that he rented out that room about a half hour before we arrived. He offered us a room in the carriage house with double beds, or a room on the third floor, which we declined. Without being apologetic, he removed our reservation from his system and declared there is no charge! So, on our way we went.

No frills, but clean, convenient, and low cost place to stay
Reviewed By W1079We stayed two nights for a getaway weekend. Toured Straub brewery and saw the elk in Elk town...nearby St. Mary, PA. Recommend this for a low price and clean hotel room and their restaurant and bar are very good. We met another couple in the bar who were also staying there to see the elk.
