Nobody's room was ready!
Reviewed By AllisonTaylor13Almost every person's room was not ready. We waited over 2 hours for our room to be ready/cleaned and we're never offered a discount for the inconvenience. Additionally, an elderly couple waited over 4 hours for their room to be cleaned/ready!! The entire lobby was consistently full of people waiting for their rooms to be ready. This was just unacceptable.

A Nice Roadside Inn
Reviewed By WillswalkingwestI stayed several nights here at the Bestway. The owners were very kind and pleasant. Check in was fast and painless and the rate was awesome. My room was perfect, I even extended my stay. Very comfortable bed. TV had plenty of good channels, wi-fi was fast, the AC worked, the room was clean. The bathroom was clean, the water was hot, the water pressure was good. I was very pleased with my room and happy with my stay. This is a small roadside inn,,,,don't go here thinking it's a Hilton Hotel. I've been in worse rooms at Hiltons. I highly recommend the Bestway Inn if you are in or around Ruidoso, New Mexico.
