The ornate decor of the lobby, the opulence of the rooms and the vast array of food at the breakfast buffet.... unbelievable! The staff is polite, courteous and prompt. But the grounds of the hotel was the icing on the cake. We marvelled at the sheer beauty of the manicured lawns, the colourful beds of flowers, the benches located strategically, the pathways, the cackling geese. An air of serenity all around. I only wish the hotel would provide that mini train to give a tour of the hotel to all the passengers.

Reviewed By aysha267First of all, a hospitable team that communicates very nicely with clients and is always ready to help. All rooms are equipped with everything you need: wardrobe, shelves, TV, minibar, electric kettle and glasses, wifi, clean towels, toothbrushes, slippers, warm water and everything else. A lovely breakfast is served. In addition, a convenient location. Everything was great!

Reviewed By SubbotinNice landscape and nature around which is biggest advantage. Hotel seems to be quite new and modern however, lots of construction everywhere! This should be on a website! Price structure and photos made me believe this could be a perfect vacation. Nice villa and view for 260 AZN but shower is a disaster, mix of hot and cold water non stop? Literally not possible to take a quick shower, informed Reception and they have done nothing! Aparently problem across the Hotel. Breakfast was OK with limited choice, again for the price paid I was expecting at least good cup of coffee on the top. Hotel serving instant coffee that you have to prepare yourself??? Never seen anything like it. Hotel charged for each proper cup of coffee we have had for breakfast! Restaurant food is decent with precies above an average. Reception was not intested to hear all these details, so hope they are reading this post! Lake...apparently protected by government with few security guards, but, saw a small pump that sucking water....sockets on the balcony are not rated (IP44) or above which makes it very dangerous to sit there when it is raining!!

Reviewed By emadmassRoom was clean and spacious... It had tv with satellite receiver...Mini fridge... And an air conditioner....the only thing disturbed me was the very weak lighting in the room... breakfast was great...over all it was more than Ok.

Reviewed By malyami1123Booked two rooms at the hotel, they have mentioned that all rooms will have AC etc. but when we arrived for checking in we found out that the rooms are not the same one we booked also have no AC. The reception guy was rode and not helpful, we asked he to tell the manager to speak with us but he said there is no manager?. Will never recommend it to anyone and won’t think to visit again. ????
