Disappointing for a Holiday Inn Express.
Reviewed By filoway2Average run-of-the-mill hotel. Nothing outstanding. King-size bed was comfortable. Clean bathroom. Good strong shower. But carpet in room looked a bit soiled as did the single lounge chair. Both need a good cleaning. Had a lot of luggage but no dollies were available on our arrival or departure. Hot breakfast offerings were unimpressive, consisting of synthetic-tasting scrambled eggs plus greasy burned bacon pieces. No sausages or meat patties. No boiled eggs. Disappointing. Entire facility is showing signs of wear and would benefit from a face uplift. Not what we expected in a Holiday Inn Express and Suited hotel. At best, a 3-star experience.

Clean room, disappointed in breakfast
Reviewed By lgronewallerThe room was clean and had enough space. There were no shampoos or lotions in the bathroom. The walls are thin and we had late night, rowdy neighbors. Desk and cleaning staff did not wear masks. If you don't want to serve a breakfast other than cold cereal and mini-Danish because of Covid, then you should at least make an effort to follow other Covid guide lines.

Reviewed By Adventurer64361Super clean hotel; oversized rooms, slept great! Friendly and helpful staff. Needed extra pillow, towels; no problem. Hot breakfast, which am pleased to see again. Would definitely stay again if in area.

We offer two bedroom cabins with a fireplace, couples cabins with fireplace and Jacuzzi, duplex units with amazing views, and an RV Park. The Couples Cabin and Deluxe Cabins are located almost a mile off the highway, in a quiet and secluded area close to Terrell Lake. The RV Park and Duplexes are located right on the bank of Long Lake.

Reviewed By Z9003IPanaaWe stayed a weekend to see the fall foliage, nice and comfortable duplex. The foldable sofa bed mattress was hard and old, other than that the location is nice. It’s pet friendly. The open spaces and view are beautiful.

from outta town, worst night ever and have to stay another night
Reviewed By Angela TWe drove from outta town and stayed here a few times before and it was great, believed we had found the best place to stay on a budget, very nice comfortable bed and nice comfortable rooms, dont know what happened but had the worst night ever, asked for a king bed got double beds, non carpeted room, I itched all night because it felt like something was crawling all over me and since we done payed for two nights online we was stuck here another night, I had stayed in other motels around the town that was awful too, but we are very disappointed that Poteau Inn has treated us this way and Ive even highly suggested this motel to others, but was told that they too had awful rooms too didnt believe it till now, they really treat their outta town customers badly, I guess u really get what u pay for here too....

Reviewed By chowdog101Was raised in this city,and the Black Angus was off the chain. Great restaurant andin rooms all ways in great shape. We have moved back to my home town. It was late on a Friday night so we book a room on line for $48 some foreigner from the middle east just want to argue with me about the price. We finally got to the room. It was nasty the ac did not work properly and to top it of my wife was In the shower and was full of cock roaches. This race needs be shut down and burned to the ground.
