In the center of Otricoli, at 45' from Rome (ex Ocriculum, one of the most important Roman archaeological zones of Italy) and 5km from the A1 Highway. Ex convent of the Monks Girolamini of Sant'Onofrio to the Lungara (A.D.1507). Ample garden and private parking. Smoking lunch room, restaurant, pizzeria, braceria, ice cream, beer, with possibility to eat outside under gazebo; soft piano cafe. Overlooking the Valley of the River Tevere.
We were here for a long weekend to celebrate our friends' birthdays and they had organized a block of rooms here. We had Room 204 and would highly recommend it as it has a lovely view AND a retractable awning for the sun. The owner is a true gentleman and a wonderful host. I wish I'd brought my bathing suit as the pool looked very good after a blistering day in the sun. The air conditioning in the room worked very well and we were glad for it in the evening. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. If you love horses, make sure to have a long conversation with the owner!! I would go back here in a heartbeat and recommend it highly.

A number of houses grew around a well from where you can admire the hills on hills, in spring and autumn, assume that indefinable color that is a mix between the honey bee and the green Umbrian oil. So that's the context of Borgo Saint George, a complex of 5 hectares in size, from the restoration of an ancient village, which offers seven comfortable apartments, an important horsemanship, a swimming pool, a park and a lot of nature.
Borgo San Giorgio is a beautiful hideway in Umbria, near Rome surrounded by the fantastic landscape of the Umbrian hills. Claudio and Pina are warm hosts and great cooks. The Borgo is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a large swimming pool. Plenty of opportunities to relax for all ages, we spent our holidays with four families with kids ages 6 - 14y. old. Certainly worth exploring this Borgo and the hospitality of Claudio.

The villa Le Corone is an ancient farmhouse ( XVIII century) recently renovated, maintaining its characteristics of typical Umbrian farmhouse.

Capitello camping is a brand new structure located in the heart of Italy in Otricoli (Umbria). Very easy to reach thanks to the nearby motorway exit of Magliano Sabina (motorway A1, Rome- Florence). In this area it is possible to visit many interesting places like: Narni, Bomarzo, Todi, Marmore water falls, and a lot more.Capitello camping located in the Umbrian countryside nearby a Roman archaeological site ‘Ocricolum’ and the river Tiber. The perfect place for families with young children and for those who love nature, relaxation and culture.
The pool area has a rubber flooring, making it safe and non-slippery for the kids. There is a central mound for climbing on with a small slide down, and a tunnel under it, and on one side of the pool a large, wide waterslide. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols. We went several families, and kids from 9 months to 4 years had a blast (and therefore also their parents) ; in fact so much that we returned for a total of three consecutive days. The area is so kid-friendly that even the two-year old in our group could play supervised from (somewhat) a distance. The bar/cafeteria got clean toilets, coffee, basic snacks and sandwiches, ice cream, and the basic piscina-related stuff you'd expect like sunscreen and the likes. Nice staff and decent quality. Above all, clean. Free parking and wifi at the bar. Recommended for families with kids, up to the age of about 12-13. The well kept parco archeologico di Otricoli is accessible by foot only half a kilometre away, making it possible to combine or split up if desired.
