Reviewed By KazD26Bev made us feel very welcome. Although the room was not overly big it was very comfortable, clean and the heating was wonderful. Tea/coffee and biscuits were an added bonus. Fresh towels each day was not expected. Thanks Bev.

Reviewed By Robert HVery friendly and helpful manager. Only one other unit adjoined mine. The free breakfast provided on arrival was simple but convenient for an early start. Traffic noise was not excessive but ask for a room further from the road if you are a light sleeper. I would be happy to stay here again.

Rooms very clean and have everything you need, including dining table and tub chairs to sit in plenty of space good to support local owners use their website to book and pet friendly. Nice neat well developed small site with everything you could possibly need. Even have electric blanket for those chilly nights. Lots of places to eat nearby great stopover. Great quality for price support an ex nurse. We were right next to the road but heard very little road noise and I’m a light sleeper

Reviewed By SuzieLee71Richard is the host of this lovely property right on the High Street just a short walk to the town centre. We stayed in the Blacksmith’s Room – a spacious studio with a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom and double bed. The breakfast provisions included bread, a selection of Beerenberg jams, butter, cereals and milk for breakfast. We found the bed a little bit too soft but otherwise we really loved our stay here. Richard was super friendly and helpful and we loved the quality wooden furniture and cabinets and monogrammed linen.
