Reviewed By fhwq13This was our 4th night in a Turkish Ramada and it will probably be the last. While the building is wonderful, modern and clean, there are some serious issue with the service. Only one of the service staff speaks broken English and that's it! Explaining that the window in our room was broken (tilt mechanism) got us nowhere. This was particularly hard since the airco is switched off due to COVID-19. Hot room! Unbelievably, while breakfast was included in the price, the hotel slammed an additional charge on the bill for eggs (yes, eggs) . And without telling us beforehand that they would. But then how could they if really nobody speaks English?

Clean and functional business hotel
Reviewed By mikeedeedeeWe visited Fidan Park Hotel for one night as part of our tour of Turkey. The modern hotel is located in the centre of the small town and we parked our car (free of charge) on the road outside of it. Although Kelkit is not a tourist town, it is only a 2.5 hours drive to Sumela Monastery which we wanted to visit early the following day. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and spoke good English. They were also willing to serve breakfast slightly earlier than normal to help us achieve an early start. We used the modern lift to access our room on the third floor as we had a lot of luggage. The room was very clean, large and had a shower over a corner bath. Although there was no air-conditioning (but there was a radiator for colder months) we slept well. We think the hotel is aimed at the business (rather than tourist) market but if you're travelling through the area you could do a lot worse than this functional hotel. We have scored the hotel as average but in our opinion it's a good average and would give it 3.5 if we could.

A pleasant stay
Reviewed By HelenRoseAlthough described as being in the centre of town, this hotel was 2km out of the city centre. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean and welcoming. There is little choice of hotel in this town, but you will not e disappointed with the Cimenler Hotel.

Excellent, comfortable hotel
Reviewed By xeve7Excellent rooms, fantastic friendly staff, nice, modern design. Breakfast in beautiful rooftop restaurant-not the best breakfast we had, but it was Ramadan and we were offered eggs cooked to our liking. Good value. We were passing through Siran and were very pleased we stopped here!

Perfect location, perfect price
Reviewed By bekocandenizzIt is 3 star hotel, but I could say 5 star hotel with helpfull and kind staff. Clean and modern. Breakfast is fine, looks like mostly picked and provided locally. Room fee is quite reasenable. Defenetly I will re-visit Grand Teras Hotel on my next trip to Kelkit.
