I was in town for a wedding. My family checked in Saturday and I checked in Sunday after the wedding. I had a king suite. It was spacious and immaculately clean. The bathroom was a good size compared to recent stays at other hotels. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower head. It had lower pressure than I prefer.

Wonderful hotel and great continental breakfast. Rooms look like they were recently remodeled, and everything was very clean. Nice area to buy drinks and snacks in the entrance. Wi-Fi was really good as we had multiple people streaming and no issues.

Everything was wonderful. The room was very clean and so comfortable. Susie was amazing! She had so much insight about the area and gave us tips on where to visit. We missed breakfast because we overslept, but it looked and smelled delicious. The only thing I wished for (and this goes for most hotels) is more sound proof doors. Guests who arrive late at night and continue to carry on loud conversations in the hallway we’ll into the early hours are just rude

I came in late on a Sunday night, and couldn't have been happier with EconoLodge. I went to Days Inn first, only to walk away from an unfriendly receptionist that kept me waiting while she mopped a dirty and unorganized looking lobby. Then angrily asked what, like I was inconveniencing her. I left, drove less than a mile away, and walked into the opposite atmosphere. Clean, organized, professional, friendly and welcoming. The man at the desk was not only friendly, but informative and seemed glad to answer my questions. The room was beautiful, clean and refreshing after a long day of driving. I got my deposit back in the morning, along with an amazingly free cup of coffee. I recommend anybody traveling to southern Louisville stay here.

This place is absolutely horrible, for the love of god do not book this hotel. We “checked in” and arrived at our room which was open with a wet rag on the ground and no towels. Went into the bathroom to see the toilet was broken. I then voiced concerns to the front desk and they said we couldn’t change rooms. There were stains all over the walls and cigarette burns all over the beds. We did not feel safe, clean, or comfortable staying in the hotel. Especially with all the resident hotel citizens milling around outside. The next morning, there was absolutely no breakfast. Contrary to the sign outside that said “newly renovated, hot breakfast”. Again to preach, please never choose this place. It should be removed from all travel booking websites and torn down. The night we stayed in was not worth more than $35.

A friend, her son, and I stayed at this motel during the show. We did not stay in an “ upgraded room”. When asked the clerk said the rooms were probably all about the same. The little town was literally sold out of motel rooms, but this reservation was made 30 days in advance and we checked in early. The lobby was nice enough and the area did not seem dangerous. When we opened the door the room’s musty hit us as we entered. My top bedding had yellow stains on top and a blood stain on the edge. The sheets seemed clean. And the mattress was comfortable. The towels were really old. The light fixture in the bathroom was rusted with two ( of the three) shades missing. The price for the one night, w taxes was $99. If changing hotels was an option we would have. The room was not clean and there was peeling paint in the bathroom. The lighting was bad.
