Reviewed By dcgnunesThe hotel is new and the location is close to downtown. The problem I had with them was with the staff. I need to accommodate two more people in my room only to have a shower. Even though I have contacted the administration four days prior the check in, they couldn’t do anything and I had to pay another room. My problem was not about the lack of flexibility, but the delay.
