Drove about 3 hours to get there. Place needs a bit of rehabilitation but then suddenly felt rejuvinated after taking a nice nap and staying .... hope to be back here! worth every penny and time spent. Good for bonding and self re-discovery/meditation :).

This is a small boutique resort perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It's beside the Caliraya Lake so it's very peaceful. We stayed in a room with a pool view, which I highly recommend. The room was clean and our bed was very comfy. I love the pool and jacuzzi area. It was nice and very IG-worthy. There are also other spots to take photos, like the bird nests. The resort has its own restaurant. The rate is typical resort price, but food is good. The complimentary breakfast was given in generous serving and the coffee was great. Overall, a great resort to visit in Laguna. :)

If given a chance to cancel and have a refund would definately do that. The location was nice, however there were a lot of flies. Didn’t read reviews from tripadvisor before booking the resort. Just saw it now that there were reviews from way back 2017 about these flies and up until now 2019 there were still there. I guess the management are not doing something abt it. They could have put an electric insect trap or they could put screen all over the place so the flies won’t get inside the villa. It’s very disgusting to leave your things especially your food because flies will be the one to taste it first. They should even offer food cover so we can cover our food. The unit needs repair especially the doors as you can see holes from the door. Cookingwares like pans were very old and has a lot of stains. They should replace it. Plates and utensils were in great condition though but the cookingwares were not.

Posted photos were taken as of March 28,2022. CONS: We were not told the instructions on where to go, or how is the process in availing the day tour. The Mountain Lake Resort doesn't have any sign outside, the only outside signage is " CALIRAYA SPRINGS CLUBHOUSE". If I didn't asked, we won't know where is the exact place of activities, or what should we do with the yellow clearance pass for the gate. We were charged for just looking at the obstacle course, which we declined to pay. We asked if we can go and look at the obstacle course, and was asked to sign a waiver for my children which I did. We went to the clubhouse for the archery and paid an additional 60php for a hidden "environmental fee" which was never mentioned here in Klook nor stated by Mountain Lake Resort in their email. They can't put it in the Official Receipt which is sketchy, plus the receipt given to me looked like an old receipt with my name wrong and details that looks edited. The archery we paid for was very dissappointing for 800php per hour as it was just a plastic toy with suction cup that wouldn't stay in place. You can buy that same toy in the market for 500php. The staff just put it in the chair in the dining area and let us play. PROS: The zipline and hanging bridge were nice. Kayaking is fun for our children too. Overall, I won't recommend buying voucher here in Klook as it was more expensive here yet the agents I talked to about the matter won't be any of help. I was also didn't have any discounts for availing other activities (which was mentioned in Klook). Furthermore, the price of the activities mentioned are the same with other resort in the area, better to stay away in this resort.

This was our last stop during our day trip around Rizal and Laguna Provinces. Entrance fee is 100 pesos per person here. There are pathways along the lake which we used during our walk. Took a lot of pictures during our walk. We noticed a big, clean swimming room. We also visited 1 house here that has 2 rooms. There are 3 beds inside the room. Rent per night is 1,400 pesos.
