Don't just visit the Nuraghi and then leave. Definitely worth an hour at this museum too. Lots of remains to see and a fantastic model of the Nuraghi that had been found at the site. Loved learning from the display boards all about St Efisio and also the info on the Sardinian local musical instruments.
A small museum in a historical context such as the building that houses it, respecting the uniqueness of the place as much as possible preserves the memory of the authentic blacksmith-farrier workshop, complete with all the tools of the trade. It is also possible to visit the craft exhibition in the adjacent room.
