Showcasing characteristic Low-Country water features and impressive course design, the Tournament Players Club of Myrtle Beach was developed by the PGA to be a tough tract suitable for tour play.
Our first time playing TPC and we weren’t disappointed. Fantastic shape overall. Fairways in very good shape, greens perfect, true and consistent from the first hole to the last. Pace of play was great and the employees all were very friendly!!

Once the home of the Kathy Ireland/Greens Competition Classic, Wachesaw East was named the 2007 Myrtle Beach Golf Course of the Year by the Myrtle Beach Golf Course Owners Association. It has also recently received honors for its fairways, customer service and playability by national publications. In short, Wachesaw East is the complete package. Utilizing five sets of distinct tees, the Clyde Johnston design plays anywhere from 6,933 yards down to 4,995. Regardless, the thought-provoking track was crafted to reward the patient, an approach that stick with players after wrapping up on the signature hole. The green of the par-4, 430-yard No. 18 bends slightly around a small pond, leaving most to consider it one of the course's most challenging holes.
Played golf with a member and 2 other friend. Very Nice course. Course was very wet because of the rains. Had to play cart path only. So It was a good 4 hour round. The greens run very true. Nice speed. Yes I would play it again and you should too. I played from the white tees and it was ok.

Considered by those who play here to be a "thinking man's" course: grip-it and rip-it for the green, or play it safe - it's up to you.
Accuracy is a plus here... The course was in great shape for early April and we enjoyed it... Played 27... Very friendly and informative staff... We'll be back.

Went to go golfing only to find out the close is closed . Sad how money prevails over recreational use.

The staff was very welcoming and the golf course was fun and in good shape. Of course there was a little wait due to the crowd that was to be expected on a nice evening in July. Highly recommend Inlet Adventure and their ice cream shop!

I'm Allen and I am the co-owner of the Dustin Johnson Golf School. I have been coaching players for over two decades. I was awarded Best in State by Golf Digest (2017-2018, 2019-2020), and my golf school was just named as a Top Golf Academy in the Southeast by Golf Digest in 2019.
