…. This is just one of the many immaculate, well-manicured and beautiful parks running parallel with the canal-ed Mapocho River and the main road of Avenida Providencia. As with some of the other parks which also has a water-feature of some kind this one has a very large Electro-Mechanical fountain that spews out water rhythmical-lii in short or long blast or high and low. Its absolute-lii therapeutic just to sit down on one of the benches and watch and listen in awe to the magical sound of rushing waters and at night time it’s even more intriguing-lii beautiful as the spraying water is enhanced by colourful lights. On the one end of the fountain is a statue of a naked man with a nymph of some-kind on his shoulder and on the other far end is a large stainless-steel sculpture looking like a Supersonic-Jet soaring into the skies. Maybe hence the name La Aviacion (Aviation). The Municipality of Providencia is very health conscious and promotes a health-ii life style as can be seen by all the exercise equipment strewn around the various parks around the area but this park enjoys a special treat as on Sunday mornings the authorities deliver a Public Address system which is set-up and a Zumba instructor comes and runs a public exercise programme for all to free-lii participate in. How cool is this not. Even the main road running parallel to the park is closed-off from 09:00 to 14:00 every Sunday where you can observe children riding their bicycles while the dogs are out and about running along with their owners and most mum's are probably participating in the Zumba-Class. This park is open 24/7 and it’s a must see to believe how extraordinary beautiful it is………..

This is the Main Square of Osorno. Like many other Plazas de Armas, you'll find here: banks, notaries, restaurants, the Cathedral, the post office, the Municipality, and many shops. At one corner is the statue of a Bull, representing the cattle that is raised in this Region; Chile's 10th Region, or Region of The Lakes. There is an odeon where bands play, but there is no schedule. You can sit on one of the many benches, and practise the art of seeing people walk by, and you can witness the way in which Life develops in this city.
