ISLA Farms Highlands Resort is an Integrated Farm Resort located in Samal Island. It offers a spectacular view of the Davao Gulf. At its View Deck, aptly called ISLA360, one can see a 360-degree panoramic view of Davao City and the provinces of Davao Del Sur, Davao Del Norte, Compostela Valley (Davao De Oro), and Davao Oriental. ISLA Farms has trails and treks, leading to Anggas Peak, the 2nd highest peak in Samal Island. The farm also has orchards of tropical fruits like Mangoes, Durian, Mangosteen, Rambutan & Lanzones. First off, the puto and sikwati is really good. You can buy fresh veggies at a very good price. Strawberries were not so good during our visit. Very small size maybe not the best season to buy them. The fruit jams and the salad dressing is so good. Pineapple based dressing was the best ive tasted. we might go back just for it. Oh yeah, kids enjoyed the soft ice cream and the horseback riding.

this place is beautiful! we rode a marbel/koronadal bus from gensan to tupi, (30-40min ride- around Php50/head) then rode a tricycle (3-5min) going there. we paid php 20/head. It was the highlight of our trip. We loved walking through thousands of sunflowers and we highly recommend this to anyone visiting this area! Tupi is also very pretty i love looking at the highway lined with trees, and how near the mountains are. Beautiful!

ISLA Farms Organic Vegetable, Herb and Fruit Garden is a branch of ISLA Farms just 3km from the Samal City Hall. It is very accessible and along the highway going to Canibad Beach and Puting Bato. One can buy naturally grown, organic vegetables, herbs and fruits in season there at farm gate prices. This Organic Garden also offers farm tours and hands-on farm experiences.
