Good Business Stay Hotel
Reviewed By Manu_PashaWell, just back from 6 days of stay at KIIT Residency. It is a pure business stay type of hotel. Quite a new property and very clean. The passages and rooms are very good. Stay and sleep quality was highly comfortable. The food is decent. You can get plenty of options for eating just outside the hotel if you want to try different food stuff. Overall a good stay experience.

Worthless rooms in the name of Apartment. No less than a Dharamshala
Reviewed By Manoj JI have made a booking for this apartment for a 2BHK AC apartment for dates 30th March till 1st April 2018, would like to give some immediate feedback .. - towels and soap were not provided .... it was sent only after 2nd reminder in the evening, where as first two guests arrived at 3 pm and were not able to take a bath - bed linen and pillow covers were used before ... wasn't changed ... it's so Unhygienic to pass on used linen and pillows to next guest - Cobwebs were there in either rooms seems no regular cleaning happens here - Cockroaches also seen roaming freely from balcony to other rooms - Just one remote provided for two rooms that also without batteries on asking attendant suggested to use TV remote batteries - AC of second room spilled lot of water when we started it .. not sure if this was serviced ever - Refrigerator looked so filthy as if not cleaned for ages. Used or used this calls for regular cleaning - Electrical sockets are open with live wires visible .. open hazard for users - Centre table was broken so there was no place to put you stuff for eating or water - No cutlery or dishes provided .. absolutely barren kitchen with no warming or serving arrangement. - No dustbins were provided and all the shelves were filled up with used bottles and stuff where cockroaches were roaming freely This is not the way holiday apartments are rented. I have been using apartments for past 5-6 years all around the world and we had excellent experience when we hired an apartment in Bhubaneshwar very next day. Obviously, I am not here to show you all snags in the apartment but i hired it to enjoy a comfortable stay ... it looks pretty good when you sell it on premium, but that calls for minimum service levels, hygiene and safety. Invest some of your earnings back in upkeep of this apartment. This is clear case of ignorance and needs you immediate attention before I pass this feed back publicly. .. This was may mail to the official mail ID provided. Surprisingly no response or even an acknowledgement of my long mail ... so that clears your intent that you are not bothered of any negative feedback. No update yet to my mail sent during the stay itself. .. so posting this today on Trip Advisor also

Amazing hotel
Reviewed By ak10aishThe hotel is well maintained, spacious and very nicely decorated.The rooms offer double bed with amenities like AC,TV, telephone and attached bathroom.Room service is available but for limited hours only.
