Check in times were shorter than provided. Key was left in front of the offices although we arrived "during" operating hours. Booked via TUI and their contact person seemed less than enthused with our call. Sheets and towels are not included - call ahead to order. The apartment was conveniently located next to the supermarket with bakery and butcher. Stairs make this unsuitable for disabled persons. Living room with fold out couch, bedroom and bath appear recently modernized. Air con and access to balcony in both rooms. Bath has bidet, small washing machine, and hot water boiler. Never ran out of hot water with 2 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen was efficient - gas stove, full refrigerator, sink. No coffee machine but we bought ground espresso for our lattes (espresso pot). Thin walls and loud neighbors can make the evenings and mornings unbearable (angry italians, crying babies...). Within walking distance to the beach. Front desk has a limited number of reserved spaces. Pizza restaurant Delfino Blu across the street from the supermarket is great and kid friendly - mine still reminisce about it. Ristorante Da Franco was okay until we found the crispy insect in the food.

For the second time I've stayed at Tiziano Aparthotel. The first time we received an email letting us know that we have to check in at a different place so we went there right away. This time we didnt get any notification about it and thought they've managed to do it at the Aparthotel now. Wrong. On the door there was a map saying we have to check in at the other place. Really annoying actually after a long drive. We checked in, received the bill and all the stuff needed like remote for the garage and got back to the apartments. Unfortunately we didn't receive the login for the wifi so we had to go back again. I know it's an apartment with self-catering, but in my opinion things like salt and sugar are not too much to ask to be there and if there is no cleaning woman coming over every day to wash the dishes, there should at least be a cleaning sponge and washing-up liquid and stuff so I can clean the room myself. Basically there was nothing. We also had some troubles with the heater. Eventually the thermostat didn't work properly cause it turned off the heater several times even though it was cold (outside and inside). The tiled floor was very cold too (I am sure in summer it is very likeable but in winter it's a bit uncomfortable). In the bedroom there was a flaring up light (all 20 seconds, all night), I don't know what it was, maybe something like a fire alarm. The apartments are located very central, there is a small supermarket right around the corner. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the interior is new. It is a bit "steril" but it didn't bother me. The balcony/terrace is huge, very nice, the view is fine too. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was quite nice. Nothing special but I didnt leave hungry. Beside the troubles we had I still think it is a very nice place to stay.

big and comfortable apartment, nice terrace with wonderful view. However cleanliness was an issue: upon arrival kitchen was dirty, towels weren't changed us mentioned, and one day the cleaning lady didn't even come which we found quite unacceptable (we were told she was sick).

Grado is a hidden Italian treasure, a beautiful island with nice beaches and wonderful authentic Italian food. A walk in this island is a mix of ancient roman buildings to lovely hotels and a lazy time, not suitable for a business trip that I had. I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful place where I had a two-bedroom apartment, with a nice living area, lovely balcony. The weather was so perfect so I kept the windows open for a lovely breeze. In the morning, i went to a massage, since this is a SPA/residence, and it was the first massage I had in a water bed with a very professional masseuse. The residence in the centre close to the beach and everything is a walking distance (the whole island is small so walking anywhere is not an issue). The breakfast was brought to my room, which added to the special service in this wonderful place. The staff was so wonderful and extremely welcoming and hospitable.
We would like to welcome you to this very nice 60 squared meters apartment located in Grado city center. The apartment is set on the ground floor, therefore not only has its own private garden where you can eat and relax, but it is also located just 65 meters away from the beach. It features one double bedroom, a living room area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. It has air conditioning, a TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Free use of bicycles for guests
