The crown jewels, Buckingham Palace, Camden Market…in London, history collides with art, fashion, food, and good British ale. A perfect day is different for everyone: culture aficionados shouldn't miss the Tate Modern and the Royal Opera House. If you love fashion, Oxford Street has shopping galore. For foodies, cream tea at Harrod’s or crispy fish from a proper chippy offers classic London flavor. Music and book buffs will love seeing Abbey Road and the Sherlock Holmes Museum (at 221B Baker Street, of course).

Great venue, really helpful staff especially with our visually inpaired friends. The comedians and compere (Andre) were all excellent - haven't laughed so much in ages. Great fundraising cause too. Will definitely visit again. Thank you :)

The Stand-Up Club is a professional cutting edge comedy club in the heart of London's West End. TV comedians and carefully selected rising stars appear at our weekend nights, with themed weekday evening throughout the year. We also offer private comedy shows for corporate events or parties, as well as Edinburgh Preview shows.
I booked last minute tickets to the comedy club yesterday and my partner and I laughed so much! The tickets were a steal at £10 each and the Comedy club is on the top floor of the 7 Comedy Pub. The MC for the night was great, the first act Jacob had a few good gags, kelsey was my favourite act (one to watch definitely) and George Best the headliner was simply brilliant. All in all a really good night, intimate and relaxed atmosphere and I would recommend a visit.

I'll start with the comedy. That was amazingly funny. We had 1 compare who was very good, doing small fillers before and after each comedian, then 3 comedians doing 20-30mins sets each. Hilariously funny (helped by the guy who sounded so drunk he couldn't even speak his name in the front row - comedy gold for any live show!) each one of the performers were on top form. I would happily go and watch any of them doing stand-up again and would recommend it as an evening if you are in London and not sure what to do. The venue itself was split into multiple rooms. We were in one room for the evening meal (part of a package), food and drink were good quality, nice friendly staff and fast service. You then went into another room to watch the comedians. This was in rows of seating like a normal gig, so while a great night it's not the most social for a bigger group, but that's just to do with the venue, not the entertainment. The fact it there were at least 3 big groups of us taking up a large chunk seating, maybe a different layout with tables/chairs might have been better suited. But it doesn't really detract from a good night of comedy :) There was a dj on in the bar area after, athough we didn't stay for that so I can't say if they were any good. At the point of leaving it was pretty quiet volume wise and felt more like the end of the night, not that it was open to 1am!

We are a non – corporate comedy club in the heart of London’s west end. We’ve been keeping the capital laughing for over 10 years, which makes us a hit with both audiences and comedians alike. We guarantee you an excellent comedy show in a great atmosphere along with a late bar and entry into the legendary Love Candy nightclub all for one bargain price.
