Paint and sip classes for adults every Wednesday night from 6-8pm at Shiggidy Shack in Frigate Bay. Painting classes for kids every Saturday from 12-2pm at Shiggidy Shack. All art supplies included. Food and wine are included for the adults. Lunch and a drink are included for the kids. No previous painting experience necessary! Even if you can't draw a stick man, you can do this. My name is Amanda, the founder of SoulScuba, specializing in a unique fusion of Yoga and Scuba Diving. I am a Yoga/Meditation Instructor, PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, and the author of the PADI Yoga Diver course. I offer Yoga/Meditation classes and retreats, Dive guiding and Scuba classes, Yoga-Scuba vacations and other unique, adventurous experiences around the globe. I am based in the USA and Caribbean but have offerings in many beautiful locations.

There are 3 of us who teach at my studio which is housed in a beautiful villa overlooking the ocean with constant tropical breezes. You can challenge yourself and your group to any type of yoga you would like or choose a private class. We also offer sound therapy, a unique way of de-stressing and calming your mind and body. People love it as it is non-invasive, all you need to do is relax and enjoy the sound of the instruments.
