Toyo Magelung Spa and Beauty Salon located in Selukat street, Keramas village, Gianyar Regency, Bali Island. Indonesia. The first and only international-class spa and beauty salon in keramas area. Profesional therapist with International experience. Great view with rice paddies surround it with balinese village scener and so calmly.
Had a great massage in the private room where the staff made me feel so at ease and comfortable! The space was nice and clean and even had a jacuzzi tub if I wanted to use one. Would definitely recommend for everyone to come.

It was last minute, but they were able to accommodate us for an afternoon cooking class that resulted in dinner for 7 members of the class. Our driver picked us up at 2:45pm and the class was scheduled to start at 4 pm. We met our teacher, Aiyu, at her home in Tengkulak Village in Ubud, and we walked up steps to her lovely home with a traditional layout for a Balinese compound. Our menu included making the basic yellow sauce with ginger, tumeric, galangal, and lesser galangal plus a host of other ingredients. We made a clear soup with oyster mushrooms and fresh young coconut, traditional chicken sate skewers roasted over an open flame, chayote with mixed vegetables and yellow sauce, gadu gadu vegetable dish, tuna wrapped in banana leaves, tempeh and tofu in sweet soy sauce, and black sticky rice dessert. I am sure I forgot some of the dishes, but the experience was a lot of fun and Aiyu gave us a lecture about the uses of the spices for traditional medicine and the culture of Balinese families. Our class that began with strangers became good friends over the course of cooking. When we sat down to eat the results of our labors, we enjoyed it greatly. I highly recommend this cooking school for all. It is not very expensive IDR 375,000 per person.
