My sister and I always go on ghost tours while on vacation. We decided to do a pub crawl ghost tour most recently in Alexandria. What a fun and entertaining night! Hands down, our tour guide, Jaime, who played a fantastic Martha Washington was so fun. She has great energy and it's obvious that she loves what she does. If you are looking for a fun ghost tour that takes you to where George Washington was known to partake in libations, this is your tour!

Come taste the flavors that set the backdrop to Old Town Alexandria's fascinating evolution and learn where the neighborhood is headed on our Boutique Old Town Food Tour. This charming city played a pivotal role from Revolutionary War times, to the Civil Rights Movement to modern day. Your tour begins at our first restaurant stop where you will meet your guide. Between the restaurants stops, you will make a few stops where your guide will point out historic landmarks, share unique (and sometimes, scandalous!) stories, and point out some off-the-beaten-track points of interest. Your group will make a few stops in addition to what is listed in the "what to expect" section. The tastings that are included in this tour are carefully selected to contribute to the story of the neighborhood. A portion of each ticket sale is donated to Bread For The City, an organization who provides food, clothing, medical care, and legal and social services to reduce the burden of poverty for DC residents.
