We started off our day by being picked up in our hotel by our guide, Marcos. There were 13 of us on the tour which started off by going to Guarapari, Marcos giving a running commentary in portuguese and english. We had three hours of free time in Guarapari which has very nice beaches and bays. A curious thing was that one beach consisted of black sand, which was mildly radioactive, but not harmful. The rate of breast cancer is extremely low, much lower than the rest of Esperito Santo. After this visit we started our return trip by visiting some very pleasant bays. We visited a spotless self service restaurant in Meaipe where you pay for your meal by the weight, not the content of the meal. Very good food! We finished off our tour by visiting Bebidas Reserva do Gerente Ltda, a local distillery and micro brewery. Tastings of all the products was carried out, and we bought some liqueurs to bring home with us as a memory. All in all a very nice day out, and my thanks to Marcos for being so informative and friendly. Thoroughly recommended!

Combined, these charming parts of Espírito Santo bring a romantic travel itinerary full of charm, with accommodations, restaurants, services and unforgettable experiences. Destinations such as Santa Teresa, Santa Leopoldina, Domingos Martins, Lagarto Route, Pedra Azul and Venda Nova do Imigrante were all part of this charming travel itinerary.
