Poor and Unprofessional
Reviewed By JazzyP67Went here for an evening meal due to recommendation from a friend and what a huge disappointment!! There was a lack of interest from the staff during the 2 hours there and never asked us if we needed anything at any point . Considering the establishment was not busy the 2 waiters of which one named Joginder (who was extremely rude u professional lacking knowledge and how to service NRI ) were more interested in talking to each other than servicing their customers needs. Around 50% of the advertised beverages were unavailable!! Food was mediocre and full of salt… Overall would not recommend and would not return in a hurry . Maybe good for locals but not for tourists.

Reviewed By Offbeat_Traveller_GKWe were the first ones to stay at the Lake View Cottage inside the Forest Hill Country and Golf Club. Was unsure while booking as there were no reviews on Airbnb or any other site. The listing looked too good to be true and hence I decided to take a chance. It came out to be even better than what we expected. Kids loved it as there was lots for them to do including trails, boating, fishing, archery, board games etc. the setting was surreal amidst a golf course surrounded by a forest. Beautifully done up rooms, a huge sit out and a very well manicured lawn overlooking a lake. A must have staycation for nature lovers. You can see wildlife in the forest area around the property, peacocks will be regular visitors to your cottage. Its the owner’s cottage which they have opened to people for booking on Airbnb. It’s might seem to be expensive for an Airbnb property but it’s definitely worth the experience that you can not get anywhere.

Reviewed By Rahul GI along with eleven other members of our family stayed in Walia resort for a night Enroute to Dalhousie. Hotel is well situated on Dalhousie bypass and boasts of a big lush green lawn. Very relaxing. Food was excellent and staff very courteous. Rooms were spacious too. But the atmosphere never gave us the feel of a resort. It was rather secluded. More of a marriage party affair. Nevertheless being big family we enjoyed our stay. Recommended.

Reviewed By cooldude16775We celebrated new year eve 2022 at Kikar lodge. Must confess the hospitality was outstanding , food at various restaurants were good. A lot of our demanding requests were met with a smile, we had taken 6 rooms in all and the management was kind enough to upgrade us to a luxury tent. A special mention to the Flying fox zip line which is remarkable and a never-seen-before experience. lots of other activities to do to keep yourself busy. Would like to convey our thanks to the management and to Amarindar for planning our special sundowner safari. wish we could have spent some more days in this resort, surprisingly was not heavy on the pocket either. I would encourage all age groups to try out the resort & DONT MISS THE ZIP LINE :-)
