Hope they open the dining room next year. The continental breakfast is a no go for golfers. A nice getaway in the middle of Cape Cod. I have been coming for 35 years. See you next year.

The Surfcomber on the Ocean is a small, peaceful oceanfront hotel with a private beach on warm Nantucket Sound. Run by the same family for over 55 years, the Surfcomber has 33 rooms, many with fully equipped kitchens, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a shuffleboard court and many comfy chaise lounges. The Surfcomber offers its guests free WiFi and free parking and is centrally located close to many good restaurants and shops.

Reviewed By Fyp566Went for July4 weekend. Room was spacious and clean. Could use an update and maybe a SmartTV but other than that the room had everything we needed. Can’t beat the view and location. Staff was friendly and helpful and we arrived after hours but check in was easy and smooth. Would definitely come back.

We were traveling with our 1 year old and stayed in the king suite which was beautiful, comfortable, and had plenty of room for her to stretch out and play. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and checked in with us multiple times during our stay to make sure we were happy. Great location close to a really nice beach. We’d love to come back some day.

My husband and I show up excited for our mini-vacay and I almost cried it was so rundown, the pool was empty, there was other guest sitting outside of there's and they looked questionable it was so bad my husband and I canceled and went down the road to a different hotel and paid more but were so much happier so DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE ITS A CRAP HOLE!!!!!!
