I have stayed in almost all famous hotels in Calabar be it Tinapa, Transcorp, Channel view, Pearl etc but this hotel is the beat if all. Absolutely great staff with smile on the face. They make the stay so comfortable and customised to your need, that you feel like at home. On special requests they allow to access the kitchen, which BTW is spotless. Nice Lounge: they have great Lounge to sit in open , it's terrific if raining.

Quaint and comfortable! Spent the most amazing 3 nights here! About a 5 minute slow drive from the Magaret Ekpo Intl Airport, Calabar. You are met with a clean, welcoming and super affordable lodging. With a decent detached bar and swimming pool area. An island hotel experience somewhat. A genuinely friendly receptionist and wonderful staff who listen. (A slight issue with my room tv, and it was replaced when I pointed it out). Rooms have this affrocentric appeal, 24/7 power and are clean! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Petesville Hotel is a 2 star hotel located in a quiet environment in Calabar. The hotel wasn't that big. The rooms are very spacious but the toilets were somehow small. A very clean environment. The hotel has an unstable WiFi, throughout my 2 days stay, it didn't work. The staff were very courteous and ready to serve.

Nice place to stay in Calabar for budiness, relaxing or tourism. The staff were helpful one of them took the trouble to get me handset charger. The place is clean and the food is good. From this hotel, you can drive through into the main popular central long road in Calabar where the annual Calabar carnival festival holds. They had conference rooms wish my friends and I found very helpful when we came for Medical Women's Association NEC meeting.

I was charged twice the advertised room rate because I'm half European and obviously foreign. My meal prices were doubled as well as the room price. The staff knocked my room door asking me for tips, sometimes waking me up in the morning to ask for a tip. Generally felt like I was being ripped off and discriminated against because I'm from England. The room itself was OK.
