As you know, it is hard to tell whether a hotel is as nice as the pictures online. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Yes there is construction going on in the lobby but there was plenty of room for breakfast guests with hot and cold items. What we enjoyed was the location. Beautiful landscaping, hotel located in a strip mall with several restaurants, restaurants within several blocks of the hotel, easy access to the interstate, and pleasant staff. Unfortunately we could only stay two nights but would definitely book a stay here again if we returned. The room was clean and the overall impression was the hotel was being well maintained.

Spent three nights here over the F1 weekend. No problems whatsoever - staff very friendly, rooms clean and quiet. Breakfast was okay - liked the fact they brought the food to you after you ordered. Menu limited and basic - food just okay. Long waits to purchase food.

The pace is very cozy, and you may have to cross the parking lot to go to your room. The room is very comfortable, including a kitchenette. I really like the pace and it has a walking distance of the town center with plenty of places to eat and a Publix Supermarket. The breakfast area is really small but the options were acceptable. I had a biscuit sausage sandwich that was already wrapped up in plastic. I would like a little more to select from for a place like this one but of course, the reason you may select them is so you can prepare what you want in the room.

When we arrived, we were welcomed by Britney who was very friendly and professional. We reserved a two-bedroom suite which was very spacious and clean. The grounds and common areas were also well kept. In the Morning we were warmly greeted by the General Manager, Ms. Plante. She was muti-tasking greeting guest, attending to the reception desk and overseeing the breakfast buffet with another staff member. All the staff we encountered were friendly and greeted us in a friendly manner. We had a very pleasant stay and will return. Thanks, Britney, for the mints at 11 PM. We wish you continued sucess at your new job. You certainly have what it takes to be successful in the hospitality industry. Warm regards

Stayed here for 2 weeks (RCI) in late May/early June for a family getaway combined with some remote work. We had a 1 BR with full kitchen (A unit) which was decent size and had an outdoor patio space with table and chairs (not screened in). Place was clean, appliances worked well (W&D not in unit - but in hallways on each floor) and the staff was very friendly. The pool was very nice, but without a restaurant or bar onsite, you have to plan/prepare accordingly. Normal chair circus in the morning, but it is what it is... Pro Tip: get your towels early at the pool even if you're not going to the pool until the afternoon -- they usually run out by early afternoon. There is a small store next to the pool that sells sandwiches/drinks/souvenirs, but it's very basic. One con regarding the room is that the thermostat cannot go below 68 degrees. So, if you like it colder you're out of luck. We asked to get it lowered and they said they'd send a tech, and then the tech says that they can't lower it below 68, so why did they even send the tech? Training opportunity... The property is surrounded by restaurants and shopping (Sawgrass Mills), but about a 1/2 hour from FLL beach. Once again, plan accordingly and be prepared for a lot of traffic if you head towards the ocean. Overall, the place was solid, but if you're expecting Shangri-La, you'll be disappointed.
