Very nice staff, very pleasant, but a tad noisy

Nice little hotel right on the water with a tiny beachfront. It's clean and new and nicely appointed with a restaurant on the premises. However, it's on the loud side. There is an airport down the street and the surfaces in the hallways absorb no sound, so you will hear lots of doors opening and closing all the time. The plumbing is also quite loud - you will hear your neighbor using the bathroom. The restaurant is hopping and has an outdoor area with a bar. We ordered "room service" which is a nice option, but it's not more than a bag delivered to your room with plastic utensils. I had to go down twice for a drink they forgot and extra ketchup. Save the tip money, and just pick up the food yourself. It was actually more trouble than it's worth, plus there's nowhere to eat in the room. For anyone with breathing problems or chemical sensitivities, I didn't notice any air fresheners or strong cleaning prodcuts, and, if you have a balcony, the air is very fresh. There was a faint smell of new construction but it didn't cause me any problems.

Dirty, Smelly, Unkempt, Disgusting, Nasty, Sketchy

Reviewed By Rick L

There is not one good thing I can say about this place other than the new front desk agent was friendly during the process. She was on speaker phone with another employee the entire night walking her through things. The entire place stinks of smoke despite the fact that it says "no smoking" throughout except for a few smoking rooms. The manager was entirely rude, putting it mildly. The first room had to electricity. We went back and the front desk agent asked if we tried to turn on the light switches. HAHA. What a joke. Second room had Popeye's chicken bags on the bed with food everywhere, beds weren't made and again, no power. The third and final attempt at a room again had no power. After that we told the agent we were looking for another place to stay. Three times was three times more patient than we should have been with this place. There were rooms with no locks on the door, scotch tape holding the elevator buttons in, damage to the interior everywhere. Overall this place was sketchier than anything I've ever seen. A complete dump, dive, or any other synonym of decrepit you can think of.

Most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at

Reviewed By Sina M

This is the most disgusting hotel one could imagine. It’s filthy, rundown, one light, no blankets, the sheets were filthy and smelled like smoke, the balcony was filthy, they don’t sweep just sprinkle deodorant all over the rug you can see it everywhere probably to try and stem the filthy smell. It is the worst. One star is a blessing it deserves a -10. The reception has a huge piece of glass probably to protect from raging customers.
