Reviewed By 742pammietI have stayed here several times when visiting my father in a Nambour nursing home. Rooms are always clean and very spacious. Staff are very friendly. Quite a few great little eateries in the area. Highly recommend staying here if Nambour is in your travel plans.

Wonderful Stay
Reviewed By DAVID SWe needed a two-night, three-day stay at this delightful motel. This was our first time and we were not disappointed. The owner Kerry handled arrangements and welcomed us very cordially. We were very surprised at the excellent space and comfort of the room we were allocated. It was excellent value for money. Kerry made sure we were settled and the car parking was very adequate. Kerry guided us to shops nearby within walking distance, coffee shops and restaurants. Others staying in the motel were polite and cordial. There were no late-night noises to keep us awake. We were totally happy and satisfied and were farewelled by Kerry when we left. We will definitely come back there.

Extremely Disappointed
Reviewed By grahamdP2843BHWe stayed in the motel for four nights during April 2022 and were extremely disappointed and angry that the motel owners were prepared to allow a motel to be available to the general public in such a rundown condition. The tariff charged was comparable to a normal well maintained motel. During our stay it became more and more obvious that virtually no routine maintenance had been carried out for an extended period of time. Details of a sample of the shortcomings are as follows:- Only a dribble of water ever came out of the hand basin tap and on one occasion there was no water available to the units until another motel guest eventually rectified the plumbing problem, wall light hanging out of the wall suspended by exposed wires (risk of electrocution), room never serviced during our four days’ stay, no crockery or cutlery, the smoke alarm was inoperative as the battery had been removed (could result in fatalities), the pool area was overgrown with vegetation and the grounds were littered with rubbish. The motel manager was rarely available, even during the hours stated on the reception office door. We could go on but we are trying to suppress the memories of our stay in this motel!

Reviewed By Alaya ESeriously, people need to get over themselves, this place is an experience. Its an old boozer that has been done up and offers large and cheap pub meals. Fine dining it isn't, but its tasty, filling and simple fair, washed down with a schooner of froth. What more could you want? Oh wait, there's more.... Morts Brewery are down stairs where you can enjoy literally The BEST Craft Beers on the Sunny Coast from just after lunch time Fridays through to Sundays.
