Perched above a scenic cove where the Aegean meets the Mediterranean, D Maris Bay is a secluded luxury resort immersed in nature. Set on the picturesque Datça Peninsula in southwest Turkey, guests are invited to a hidden paradise where every modern comfort awaits. The sun-kissed destination is home to an impressive collection of sandy beaches, outdoor activities and dining options to make your stay unforgettable.
Our family spent a week at D Maris Bay end of May / beginning of June 2022. This was our first proper holiday for a few years, so we had very high expectations. This resort manages to combine contemporary luxury with Turkish charm and the staff demonstrate efficiency and professionalism, whilst being very laid back and not stuffy. We’ve just left and we want to go back and spend the rest of our lives there immediately. We are all sobbing uncontrollably. On arrival, the welcome was warm and pleasant. Then you see the view onto the main pool and out onto the Datca Peninsula; a Bay with a stunning natural backdrop of the ocean, mountainous islands, a variety of yachts, boats, hydrocopters and the resort’s 5 private beaches - absolutely sensational and a view you cannot tire of. There is a lot of good stuff going on but I’ll be brief. 5 private beaches; La Guerite (an up market, stylish beach club founded in St Tropez), Silence beach (no music), Manos beach (with a stunning Greek Taverna), Maris beach (only for suite guests; not us) and Bay beach (the beach nearest the hotel and one that you don’t need a boat taxi to get to). There are 5 restaurants which are all an extremely high standard; Zuma (the real Zuma), Nusr-Et (steak), Manos (Greek), D Maris kitchen (Italian) and the Terrace (for breakfast). The breakfast is the best breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel in my life. Incredibly fresh, huge variety, attention to detail. The staff are generally fantastic; professional, laid-back, friendly, efficient and lovely. I’d like to mention a few in particular: - Mustafa; taught our 5 year old how to swim, personal trainer, helped us in the gym and a genuinely lovely and friendly guy. - Aziza, Silan, Merve; ladies at breakfast who smiled every morning showing unbounded enthusiasm and friendliness despite our challenging, relentless menu requests! - Ozkan & the manager in DD Scoop with long hair: both smiley and very friendly going beyond the call of duty many times and bringing us amazing coffee and ice cream on a daily basis. - Kids Club - Sema & Gamze; my daughters loved kids club And the ladies were very inventive with their activities and caring.

Located on the point where the Mediterranean meets the Aegean, Hisarönü Bay is one of the most eminent holiday spotsof Turkey with its amazingly green nature and gorgeous sea.In our hotel in Hisarönü Bay, also known as the house of Goddess Hemithea who has prolonged the lives of people of Hisarönüin mythological era, we are offering a majestic holiday to our guests, over standards and expectations. With all of our experienced crew, our mutual goal is to provide a luxurious holiday experience above expectations in thisperfectly designed hotel of ours. We, the Martı Hemithea Hotel, are offering alternatives to our guests that will replenish their souls, by waking up to a wholenew life with the kiss of this amazing nature.
The hotel is overlooking a very scenic marina. Rooms are large and beautiful, with very comfortable equipments, a nice bathroom and an excellent bed. The breakfast is tasty (though the choice is limited). Some rooms have their swimming pool. There is also a larger one and a beach front. Contrary to some comments, there are plenty of eating opportunities (on top of the hotel restaurant) at walking distance: just follow the beautiful bay. All in all, this is a charming and extremely beautiful place. Perfect for a relaxing stop!

Voxx Hotels Marmaris Beach Resort located on the beach in Hisaronu resort near Marmaris is offering 80 hotel rooms and 15 villas on the seaside.
First of all I’d like to pay your attention that is not 5* hotel as stated by tour operator or booking site, its no more than 3*. Wi-fi is working not so bad, but it could be better. The territory and swimming pool (only 1 is in hotel) is really small. In the room is only one night table and missing the wardrobe. All clothes in a suitcase. The shower is tiny and immediately flushes the toilet. Everything is too compact. There is no security at the hotel and around stray dogs. There are cars on the beach, the beach is not fenced and it is not at all visible that someone was cleaning it. The staff are friendly and trying to do the best from their side (waiters and cleaners). The waiters are always in the dirty uniforms as hotel management doesn’t provide laundry services for them. Also in the dining-room is dirty tablecloths. The variety of food is bad, soups are similar to the water with the spices, sweets are the same every day. The waiter can served you an ice-cream without using gloves. In general fruits are good, but one day we saw that the sweetest honeydew melons were fed when the staff went to eat, because by the time the melons were completely inedible. Entertainment - every night something new and I must say very poor. A bocha game is only for the pensioners. Hotel doesn’t have any gym and provide exectly yoga type exercises. Once we went to sushi and champagne - the view on the roof is indescribable, but the food and drink were very terrible. We received proposal from management to have a tour on a yacht during one day and sleeping on the yacht too, but when you come back to hotel they will provide you another room not the same ( I my case it can be without sea view). It was without any additional payment, but what is the reason for that or catch? Please note that this hotel is far from the Marmaris, almost 30 min to it by bus which is provided by hotel twice a day (you have to make an appointment for this trip, otherwise there may be no place for you) or you can go by public transport which is going very 30 min from a highway. Summarising all mentioned above: entertainment 2 out of 5, food- 3, clearness-2, location-2, beach -2. And 5 points go to...Weather it was excellent during our staying. We strictly do not recommend anyone to choose this hotel even for less/discount payment for it. As far as for tour operator we cannot recommend TUI too.

First time staying here. And won't be the last. In the past we have always stayed in Marmaris Centre. This place is so much nicer. Away from the hustle and bustle of Marmaris. It is a family run business. And owner Selim and his wife Sevil go out of their way to give you everything you require. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. We stayed in a double room with beautiful view of the beach and sea. Bathrooms have shower and hairdryer. The hotel also has lodges, with terraces which looked really nice. It is situated on its own beach area, with plenty of sunbeds and double sun loungers also. There are beautiful gardens with seating in the shade and in the sun if you have had enough of the beach. We stayed bed and breakfast. And the Turkish breakfast is huge, so much choice, we also had omelette, some mornings. The restaurant is right in front of the beach do beautiful view. And Selim and his wife, prepared my fiance and I a candlelit table on the beach for dinner one night, so thoughtful. There is food available all day to order, and most nights we had, dinner at the hotel. I highly recommend the fish and the steak. Good choice of drinks and cocktail. This place is perfect for families with young children, the safe sandy beach, is so nice. If you're looking for a relaxing, laid back holiday, this is the place for you. They have live entertainment once a week. And if you fancy something a bit more livelier. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which will take you into Marmaris centre. It takes around 30 minutes and will cost you 7.75 lira ( not even 1 pound). This truly is a hidden gem. I highly recommend. Selim, Sevil and all their staff made us so welcome. I didn't want to leave. I will be back to stay again in October/November.
