Excellent Stay, highly recommend this hotel as your leisure or business stay. Staff Is very professional, courteous and helpful in satisfying your needs. Staff for breakfast was awesome they were very accommodating and listened to your dietary concerns. Rooms were very clean, quiet and and above all the beds were comfortable. Jessica and her front desk was awesome and looked out for the customers. Highly recommend this hotel for any stay.

Shame on me for not writing this review sooner but here it is. While this area has many options for hotels. And this particular hotel can be priced high at times because of demand for weddings ect. Whenever I am in the area I always make sure I choose this hotel and have been doing so for several years now. While this hotel has the same struggles all hotels have from time to time the staff at this hotel always goes above and beyond to make sure every guest is taken care of. While I have encountered many great staff members at this hotel one always sticks out. That employee would be Ahmad. Everytime he is working during my stays he always greets me at check in by my 1st name and thanks me for choosing this hotel again. I have watch him do this with many other regulars as well as new guests. I have even witnessed guests be rude and insulting to Ahmad for things that are completely beyond his control. Yet he continued to treat them with respect and professionalism. Because of employees such as a Ahmad I will continue to to stay here every time I am in the area as well as recommend to others from my company.

Great facilities and outstanding customer service. I had a small issue with my room and Juan resolved it immediately to my satisfaction. He also followed up to ensure there were no additional issues, I would definitely stay here in the future.

Courtyard provides the best hotel experience for the new world of business so guests can pursue their personal and professional passions. Because we share their same passion for moving forward, for never settling, and because when they succeed,we succeed.
Stayed one night with my daughter while in the area for an athletic event. Felt the price was high for what was offered and location. Lobby was nice and new with a nice bistro/bar area as well as an outdoor area for drinks/socializing at night. Snack shop was well stocked and carried extra toiletries for anything forgotten. Desk staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help. In the bathroom , really liked the shower design with an opening from the outside to pass in toiletries/towel without getting wet as well as footbar for shaving. Bed was comfortable. Only negative was the bathroom was not 100% clean with hair left in the shower as well as the grout was a bit grimy in spots.

I chose this hotel because it was reasonably close to some places I had to visit during the holiday season. It was also relatively new which was a bonus. The location is in a FedEx compound which was fine for me. You do have to drive everywhere but that wasn't a problem either. Check in was fine. My room: King sized bed with a sofa and ottoman. The room and the bathroom were spacious. My only issues with the room was the walls were very thin. My neighbors were playing music and I could hear it clearly. The music wasn't blasting but I could still hear it. The other issue was there was a hair on the sheet and the top of the cabinet where the microwave and fridge is located was extremely dusty. I bring Lysol Wipes, Lysol spray and sheets when I travel so I rectified the situation myself but I couldn't do anything about the thin walls. Housekeeping did bring a bag with towels and wash cloths, however, they didn't bring the additional toilet paper which I called the front desk about. They are still working out some quirks but I would stay here again.
