Super bad bed quality, no solution
Reviewed By terramassageThe bed was extremely noisy, like a super old one. Non doors of the room closed properly. No hair dryer or microwave or coffee machine as it says in the advertisement. We told the staff about the annoying bed but they didn't give us a proper solution, not even a mini attention even as we had all meals extra at the bar (the food is really good btw) I woul not recommended if you want to rest.

Reviewed By PamtomacaThe place is not welcomie even though the hosts try to make you feel good. You'll be cramped in shared bedrooms, the bathrooms are not very clean. Plugs are limited and shared. Not recommended. It is a house shared with a family, half of it is private family the other half is the hostal.

Reviewed By cristinadiez45Estupenda, fuimos toda la familia (16personas) para pasar las fiestas todos juntos y acertamos, la casa con 4 apartamentos muy bien acondicionada y limpia. Además tiene un txoko muy grande con todo lo necesario para preparar comida para tanta gente. Y un horno de leña para asar. Muy buena calefacción. Los dueños muy agradables y serviciales. Por poner una "pega" las almohadas demasiado duras.

Reviewed By Ivan SEl personal de recepcion es de lo peor que e visto en mi vida, maleducados e incompetentes. La limpieza en baños deja mucho que desear y la estadia en las habitaciones ha sido desastrosa, asi como los horarios de entrada y salida. Cerca de este albergue hay uno que se llama "hostal haizea", ir directos alli nada que ver.

Apartamento muy completo
Reviewed By GurripulliEl apartamento es muy completo, con muchos detalles. Sólo me sorprendió que para ser un alojamiento en un pueblo muy tranquilo, los ladridos de los perros por la noche no paraban, esto es ajeno al alojamiento pero algo molesto. Y para mi opinión, sólo para mi opinión, y con problemas de cadera, los colchones, demasiado duros. Por lo demás es genial, y la ubicación muy bien para acceder a la selva de Irati de la parte del Pantano de Irabia.
