Reviewed By Christine GStayed here while cycling the Loire. The hotel is managed by Chez Lily, the restaurant next door. The staff were not that friendly or helpful and the rooms were basic but clean. However, it was open when the better hotels were closed.

Reviewed By CarolineMidlandsPretty Logis hotel in quaint town. We arrived on an amazingly hot day. Our room was large but as there was no air/con (which we didn't expect) it felt stiflingly hot so we asked for a fan. The man we spoke to just said "no"! It would have been absolutely impossible to sleep in that heat, so I asked again. This time, the women I spoke to who could have been the owner - slightly grudgingly - said she would try and find one which she did and this made the room temperature bearable. Ate outside in the evening and the meal was very good. Breakfast was rather disappointing . The dining room was small and dark and a french family who was also staying took everything from the buffet and put in on their table as if they were at home! Interesting pictures in the hotel taken prior to modernisation. Also nice riverside walks nearby.

Reviewed By JorisJJJVery poor hotel!! Everything is old and dirty. Next to a busy road. Restaurant is very expensive compared to what you get. The owners are real golddiggers and charge you for whatever they can !! Stay away from this hotel is my only recommendation !

Reviewed By BenTitiNous étions de passage dans la région et avons passé une super nuit dans ce gite. Les propriétaires sont super sympas et très accueillants. Nous avons dormi dans une grande chambre au décor dépaysant. Pour couronner le tout, nous avons pris un bain norvégien de nuit un 24 février c'était vraiment cool. Lieu très calme et propre.

Reviewed By roger mwe were on a cycling holiday and booked this place on the day. we arrived soaking wet but were made welcome and after a good hot shower were warm again. safe storage for the bikes and good wifi. near the eurovelo route and an interesting town.

Reviewed By JamesShaw1960Stopped whilst bike touring on eurovelo route 6 Great staff , clean room and bathroom, great restaurant downstairs, breakfast was poor , no milk , no fruit salad, limited baked goods. Good value could be five stars if staff running evening restaurant took over breakfast service. Would stay again
