Located in the heart of historical downtown Delaware, the Pacer Inn is less than 1 mile from Ohio Wesleyan University, about a 5 minute walk. Families will love spending the day at the Zoombezi Bay Water Park, Little Brown Jug, or the Columbus Zoo – all within 15 miles of the Pacer Inn Delaware. The city of Columbus is just 25 miles, and The Ohio State University is 20 miles from the Pacer Inn. Guests of the Pacer Inn can stay connected with the free wireless internet and enjoy a delicious onsite meal at El Vaquero Mexican Restaurant and Bar, open 11am to 10pm daily. We are not providing breakfast ike other hotels/motels but that's just temporarily due to COVID-19. Free parking, fax and copy service, and the convenience of a 24 hour front desk reception area are offered at the Pacer Inn. All guest rooms are nicely appointed. Standard amenities include free high speed wireless internet access, hair dryer, coffeemaker, free local calls, alarm clock radio, iron and board, 32 inch flatscreen TV with satellite , and individually controlled heat and air conditioning.

Reviewed By Cynthia WNicely renovated motor lodge, very clean, appreciated the microwave and small refrigerator. The staff are friendly and very helpful, will definitely stay here again when traveling. Next door to an excellent Mexican restaurant, bonus!

You will find us off of US-23 2 miles south of Delaware directly behind the Bob Evans. We now offer a Hot Breakfast, which includes eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, and many more selections to choose from! All rooms are equipped with a 32inch flat screen TV.
Do not believe anything the front desk tells you
Reviewed By JrobtexI am a very frequent stayer at Choice Hotels. 2 stays away from Diamond status. The one thing that I demand from a hotel is that if I am told something, I will be able to believe it. I had made a reservation for 1 night and decided that I wanted to stay over another night. I went to the front desk and asked if I could get the same rate as last night. The very nice lady at the front desk told me I could and that I should check when I checked out to make sure I had received the same rate and if not, they would be glad to adjust it. At check out a less than nice lady told me that the rate for the second night was $15 more and that they could not adjust the price. I told them what the lady the day before had told me and she said that didn't make any difference that was the company policy. I'm a senior and am traveling the US and have stayed 38 nights at Choice hotels and was planning on using them exclusively for my pilgrimage. However, if that is the way I'm going to be treated, then I am definitely changing my hotel preference. Do not stay at this hotel and if you do, do not believe anything they tell you.

Welcome to our Baymont Inn & Suites Delaware hotel located off of Rt. 23 near Delaware Municipal Airport (DLZ) and within driving range of I-71, I-270, and Port Columbus International Airport (CMH). Our non-smoking and pet-friendly location is convenient for families of students attending Ohio Wesleyan University or Methodist Theological School in Ohio. If you are traveling on business, we are also within driving range of Domtar Corporation, PPG Industries, and a number of other local companies.

Reviewed By LindaW666Old motel. Needs updating and repairs. Not sure this is really a Wyndham property. Lampshades in room were all dirty. Light in bathroom not working. Safe doesn't work. Filthy air filter in bathroom. Stopper in sink broken. Chipped paint in bathroom. Freezer was totally stained. Disappointing experience. Will look for another place to stay next time I am in the area. .

Reviewed By TurkoizeWe stayed here Oct. 2017 with our two dogs and in town for the dog show. It's off a main highway and not exactly easy to get to. If you miss the turn, it's a pain to turn around and get back in. Check-in was easy and quick. We had a 1-King room on the back side of the property. It was quiet for the most part even being on a main highway. There was adequate grass to walk the dogs. The room was decent size and the fridge and microwave added to a budget hotel was a good touch. The room was clean enough for a budget hotel, nothing fancy. The bedding was clean and the blankets were enough to stay warm. The heat worked fine and kept the room at a good temperature. There was enough storage space for two people between the drawers and the hanger space. No issues with WIFI and the big desk came in handy for working on the laptop. Bathroom was split between sink and toilet which came in handy. There was enough counter space for all our items. Bathroom was clean enough with clean towels. They weren't huge, but they did the job. There's nothing really walking distance to the hotel, so you have to drive a few for food and shopping. No real issues, we'd stay here again for a few quick nights.

The House at Seven Oaks is a bed and breakfast in Delaware, Ohio. Our guests enjoy quiet, well-appointed rooms, comfortable beds, and a made-from-scratch breakfast. Built in the late 1840's, The House is a classic example of the Gothic Revival home designs featured in mid-19th-century ladies magazines and popular books. It is also known among local historians as a station on the underground railroad.

I have never stayed in a prettier place....the decor and restoration are fabulous. I am picky about mattresses due to arthritis, and I slept great and pain free the entire week. Two thumbs up for that mattress!! Jennie and Mark are fabulous hosts; it truly does feel like a home away from home, only someone else is cooking the amazing breakfasts:) I have never had B&B breakfasts that were so fresh and so delicious. It's a lovely selection. Missing the House at Seven Oaks like crazy today, and looking forward to my return visit next month!
