Although the room was spacious it had a distinctive musty/cigarette smoke odor. The front desk said that it was a non-smoking room but my nose does not lie. Not once in 3 days did any cleaning crew come through to remove the garbage, refill coffee pods, make beds, change towels, etc. The entire hotel ( 4 floors) had exactly ONE ice maker. It was out of ice by 8:30 am due to softball teams getting ice. There is no complimentary breakfast and they charge an exorbitant amount for convenient breakfast items in the "Cupboard" which was always a mess. The side door would not open and the front desk said it was because of the humidity affecting the keys which was BS. The hotel had a run-down and unclean look to it. Avoid this hotel; many other options in Midwest City/Del City.

DO NOT stay at this hotel. It is awful. It smells, the A/C unit in the room looked like it could fall apart at any moment and the it is located in an undesirable area. But that is not the only reason that I would not recommend anyone to stay there. I initially paid $515.90 for a stay of May 24 - June 4, on May 31st I went in to extend the stay to June 11th and paid an additional $323.30. Yesterday, June 7th, the manager "Lucy" knocked on the door and told my son that he was supposed to be leaving that day and said that if he stayed that she would just charge my card again. I called to ask about it and the second that I asked why my son was told that he was only paid thru June 7th, she went got an attitude, raising her voice, saying that she didn't tell him that. When I tried to explain that I had paid thru the 11th she told me that I was wrong all while talking over me and then she hung up on me. So I called back and asked to speak to a manager which is when she said that she was the manager if I had been listening. I told her that I didn't feel like she was listening to me and gave the dates and the amounts that I have paid, she said in a much nice tone " let me go back to my desk before I tell you wrong". She said that she would call me back in 30 minutes. Needless to say she never called me back. My son felt so threatened by this lady that he packed his stuff and came home. As he was loading his car and getting in it to leave she came charging toward his car with a cigarette hanging from her lips and with phone in hand. This is no way to run a business.

The hotel refused to honor the online reservation. I am 19 years old, I booked the room through Expedia and the hotel's policies clearly state a minimum check-in age of 18. When I arrived I was told the policies had recently been changed to a 21-year-old minimum age for check-in. They refused to give me a refund and I ended up sleeping in my car. I expected the hotel to be bad since most of the reviews are awful, I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours to break up a very long drive. This hotel won't even let you do that.

I had no problem parking my big truck on the property and check in was smooth. The clerk was very nice. My room had a king size bed with comfortable bedding and pillows. I got a good nights sleep. It was very quiet. Bathroom had plenty of room and good hot water. Everything was nice and clean.
