Secluded in the tropical rain forest bordering Corcovado National Park, Luna Lodge is a unique resort described by many as "...a piece of true paradise". Its appeal is, not only, its natural beauty and environment, where the heliconia hang three feet long, and the howler monkeys wake you in the morning, but also, its ambiance. The owners' passion for the preservation of the forest is ever present, and the attentive courtesy, friendly staff always serve "con mucho gusto... with pleasure".
I brought a yoga retreat group of 18 women to Luna Lodge for a week of yoga and adventure and it was the best experience I've ever had as a yoga retreat leader. The staff were incredible helpful and accommodating. My participants raved about the body work from Ahmed and Rosie in the spa, reiki and tarot with Lana, the delicious food, clean rooms, expert tour guides, and of course the spectacular views. The yoga platform has space to practice outdoors or under the shelter, depending on the weather. There are bolsters, mats, straps, and a few blankets and blocks.

We are located at the entrance of Corcovado National Park, on the Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica, nestled in the most beautiful, primary rainforest and surrounded by the Pacific Ocean. Come and see for yourself what paradise looks like, and enjoy all the attention and accommodations of a lavish stay in the wild! Prepare yourself to embark on the journey of a lifetime!
This trip was our first to Costa Rica and this place was amazing. The trek there gave us a little pause but once there we fell in love with everything. We stayed in tent 1 on the beach and after walking up to see the Monkey Cabins I am glad we opted for the beach ones! The howler monkeys were our very early alarm clock but this is why we were there right? We did the half day tour in the park with Alvarro and found the whole experience delightful even with it being so hot for us northern folks. If you are looking for a unique and off the beaten path experience come here!! We’ll certainly be back

Set above a palm-fringed beach in tropical gardens, and surrounded by 170 acres of pristine rainforest, Casa Corcovado is the ultimate combination of luxurious comfort and adventure - a place where you can spot big cats on jungle trails, have an entire beach to yourselves, snorkel with manta rays, and relax with a gin and tonic by the pool. The tranquil hilltop setting means awe-inspiring views and the best of the both ocean and rainforest breezes. The lovely bungalows are spaced throughout the lush garden for maximum peace and privacy. Casa Corcovado offers the closest accommodation to Corcovado National Park, the crown jewel of Costa Rica's extraordinary, world-renowned national park system. As the two protected areas lie side by side, guests are able to access the national park on foot via the hotel's private trails - just one of the many guided tours on offer.
Quite wonderful place. An oasis in the jungle. Very comfortable, very nice knowledgeable staff. The wildlife there is amazing. Everywhere you look something is happening. Monkeys flying through the trees. Cotys running past your room. Toucans just hanging out. The noise everywhere is fantastic. The boat trip there is exciting, have to be quite agile and jump off at just the right moment when told… Fantastic hiking through the forest. All very exhilarating. Very glad it was our last place on our 5 stop holiday there as wildlife could not possibly be beaten.

My husband and I spend 4 days at Finca Exotica and we’re blown away! The lodging is exceptional! The huts are perfectly designed with high quality wood and bamboo, the beds are very comfortable, and the outdoor shower was so fun to use! The views are spectacular! You can see the love the owners put into each and every hut, specifically designed to give the visitor the best view of Corcovado! The beach is a short 5 minute walk from the Finca Exotica Clubhouse, the Finca Exotica beach location has hammocks and benches, perfect for sitting out to enjoy the beach! The clubhouse is equipped with many hammocks, books, and a pool table! The Casa Grande restaurant at Finca Exotica is incredible, spectacular design with incredible views of the rainforest and beach. The Finca Exotica layout was great—they have incredible gardens and we saw many beautiful animals as we walked around the Finca. We saw monkeys, macaws, lots of lizards, special birds, and frogs—they love Finca Exotica! The Casa Grande restaurant features beautiful furniture, designed by the Owner—it has many beautiful sitting areas with a beautiful bar and large tables for big parties. The restaurant also has many fun instruments for guests to play, including a guitar and a wooden marimba from Costa Rica! The food at the Casa Grande restaurant cannot be beat!! Finca Exotica focuses on providing healthy and delicious meals that feature produce grown at Finca. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant and were thrilled with the level of care taken to prepare every meal, and the delicious and creative dishes that we enjoyed! The food at the Casa Grande restaurant is delicious—the flavors are excellent and the food is perfectly cooked! Hands down the best food we have had in all of Costa Rica, and we have had some great food! Finca Exotica also provides some unique tour offerings, Laura and Gaby set up a wonderful tour of the Corcovado Reserve, Laura was our tour guide and did an excellent job of showing us the beautiful flora and fauna or Corcovado! We loved every minute of our stay at Finca Exotica and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for adventure and great food, in the heart of the Corcovado wilderness!
