Reviewed By anna cCharming hotel on a hill with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and small indoor pool. Includes a Spa, tennis court and gym. I Always stay in this hotel when I am in the area. Food is good and wine is excellent. Staff is very nice and they always give me the same room to make me feel at home. I love this place!!

Reviewed By tdpieThis place was a disappointment from the start. It is located right on the main thoroughfare of a gritty little town. Set back from the street, the long drive is overgrown, with light fixtures skewed., and inoperable. We arrived on a late Sunday afternoon, to be greeted by no one. We wrestled with our own bags while we waited for the front desk attendant. When she did arrive, she informed us that the spa was not operational and that the restaurant was also closed but just the tonight. The room was touted as superior and it was NOT. It was 27.5 °C (about 81°F) and the AC was not operational. The bathroom had no space to put a toiletry bag. The shower was so small that a normal size person could not turn around in it. The hotel staff—while polite—was remarkable unaccommodating. The information re restaurants open on Sunday night was only half correct. While there were brochures available, the staff had little information about the area. They had no idea how come we were unable to get English speaking channels on the TV. It was clear to us that the situation was not going to get any better. With no indication that the spa was going to get fixed anytime soon, we cut our losses and got out of there! To add insult to injury, Villa Picena declined to our request for a refund for the unused nights in a particularly dismissive manner. There may well be beautiful places in Marche worth the visit, but this town and this hotel are definitely not.

The main structure is composed of an old farmhouse renovated to art where we made our rooms and a little apartment, a note should be valuable to the large terraces which characterize our agritourism, ideal for relaxing in the sun while tasting the local products.There is a large multi-purpose hall used for cultural, informational, recreational and sporting activities.All around lie the agricultural lands of our farm, planted with olive trees, vineyards and fruit trees, in addition to the classic Mediterranean vegetation that are the result of years of hard work and sacrifice of our family.Between these beautiful trees are an equipped area for children, a mountain bike path and a life path, everything to make your holidays as complete as possible.

Reviewed By GildajoThis property was beyond expectations. Stayed in the one bedroom with sofa bed. It was lovely and spotlessly clean. Best part is a huge terrace (also a 2nd smaller one off the bedroom) with the MOST MAGNIFICENT views. The owners were extremely accomodating. As we were the only people staying at the property, they supplied the apartment with lovely breakfast food...homemade cakes & jams & more. Location was great, just minutes from town. We enjoyed wine tasting at the excellent organic winery just down the road from the property. The photos don't do Solagna justice!!!

Reviewed By Rocco POttimo ambiente, con personale davvero squisito, disponibilità e cortesia, appartamentino pulito e abbastanza comodo. Il posto è strategico per chi come me ha deciso di alternare mare a monti, a pochi metri dall'ingresso autostradale. Servitissimo da supermercati d'ogni tipo, cinema, ristoranti e tanto altro ancora. Unico neo è stato l'armadio troppo piccolo in camera per una famiglia come la mia, composta da moglie e due figli. Ottimo compromesso prezzo qualità. Da consigliare.
