Basic, excellent food
Reviewed By JohannaPedersenFamily owned since 1912 and with a decor (hunting-themed) by all appearances untouched since at least the 70s, the visit is fun even before the food gets in. It's the kind of place where the tablecloth is worn but scrupulously clean and perfectly pressed. Most of us had schnitzels with fresh chanterelles and potatoes, and got a very basic but crisp and tasty green salad to start with. I had scrambled eggs with chanterelles, an enormous plate. The fried potatoes we all shared had pork in them, not a problem for me but if you have diet restrictions, ask first. Vanilla ice cream with fresh blueberries for dessert was a bargain at 4 euros. The pancake with apple sauce we found on the "egg foods" list was indeed almost an omelet, and apparently a weird choice for dessert, but they didn't make any kind of deal out of our weird order. Service friendly and they take credit cards. The other customers for lunch on a rainy Saturday were clearly local with an average age of 75. For a place that also had rooms, we got a vibe that not too many foreigners come through. They were curious in a friendly way though. We spoke German so I'm not sure about the staff's English.

Reviewed By Kate ITrevligt och familjärt. Öppen atmosfär och tillmötesgående ägare/ familjemedlemmar. Nytt och fräscht. Trevlig matsal och terrass med tak. Bra frukost o väldigt god middag med grillat lammkött förstås tillagat av mor i huset. Kul med turkiskt vin! Och god frukost.

Modernes und angenehmes Ambiente, perfekter sowie überaus freundlicher Service
Reviewed By Dek01Im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise war ich Gast im (neuen) Déjanil. Der Aufenthalt war super! Das Zimmer: Modern, gepflegt und sehr komfortabel. Bad/WC waren top! Genossen habe ich den freundlichen Service am/beim Empfang. Das Personal ist geschult, stets sehr professionell, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Geschlafen habe ich sehr gut und das gekochte Frühstücksei war perfekt! Die Parkplätze (direkt vor dem Haus) und Wlan sind kostenlos und das Hotel liegt strategisch günstig (Hannover ist in ein paar Minuten per PKW zu erreichen). Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passen absolut. Ich werde sicherlich noch einmal dort übernachten.

Reviewed By swodeWir waren heute wie in den letzten Jahren immer zum Weihnachtlichen Gänseessen im Gasthof Bähre. Gasthof Bähre ist für Spargel und Gänseessen in der Umgebung berühmt. Leider war dieses Jahr die Ausnahme. Vom Service bis zur Qualität der Gans bin ich und meine Familie enttäuscht. Es wurden, wie sonst nichts nachgereicht und die Gans war zäh. Das sind wir nicht gewohnt. Service war dieses Jahr ungewöhnlich lahm. Sehr, sehr schade. Sonst war alles lecker, nur sehr wenig....... Schade für dieses Weihnachten Hn
