Good price, good location, quiet and good management
Reviewed By Jean Pierre PI went to Bordeaux to visit one of my sons. I travelled in bicycle. There is a safe garage where you can park your bicycle or the hotel offer you to bring it ion the room. Perfect. The rooms have a small kitchenette wit microwave and 2 plates stove, and a fridge. Perfect. You can pay 10 Euro more ans have a view on the lake. Quiet, clean and confortable. There is a little (but complete) supermarket at 20 second walk. The hotel offers also washing machine (6 euro including soap) - usefull for me. The Tram is at 12 minute walk. You are a bit off the city center but it is quiet, nice and it has a good value. I spend 5 nights. At 30 second walk: There is the Caliceo Spa (you can get a 5% reduction) buying the tiket at hotel. There are large pools at 33oC. (would be perfect at 35 oC). It is very relaxing after a day in the vineyard, bicycling or in town.

Terrible hotel: my booking was cancelled with no vaid reason!!
Reviewed By luoj_98My booking was cancelled by this terrible hotel with NO valid reason. The reason given by the hotel is that their attempt to pre-authorise or charge my credit card was rejected. However, when I called my bank, they told me that they could see absolutely NO attempt of this in their record. So basically this hotel lied to their customers!!!

Reviewed By S2376DThannahdRoom and bathroom were large and tastefully decorated, with lots of storage space. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a great pool at the top of the hotel with nice views of the lake. Very good parking possibilities (large and secure). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
