The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club is ideally located adjacent to Birmingham Airport and NEC, just a 15 minute walk to the Resorts World Arena and Resorts World Birmingham. Our 3* AA rated hotel boasts 216 Bedrooms, 13 Meeting & Event Rooms, and a full health club with indoor pool onsite.
Great location for the NEC but room smelt of damp, the pipes were so loud whenever the room above us flushed or ran the tap and the pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was nice and the food at the bar was hit and miss (depending on what I ordered). Overall, this hotel was very overpriced for what it was.

We chose Church Farm as it is near the NEC but we missed a key point. As we arrived it looked nice, a quirky stable courtyard. The host was friendly if a little disorganised. The room was a good size, basic and generally clean. Although it is overdue a paint and some maintenance; the duvet, mattress and pillows had seen better days. The shower was a bit mouldy too. The breakfast was a full English and a fair standard. The thing we missed when booking is that it is right next to Birmingham airport’s runway and aircraft take off right overhead. So sleep from about 5.30 am was impossible. Great if you need to be near the airport. Not so good if you want a lie in.

My daughter and I have just stayed overnight at The Redlands to see the Little Mix concert at the nearby arena. We got a very warm welcome from the lovely couple who run the guesthouse, the room was clean and warm and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay. We look forward to coming back again one day. Thank you!

A warm welcome from Pali and H when arriving. The chalet was spotlessly clean and had a comfy bed, lovely shower and toilet, Flat screen tv and plenty of clothes storage. Tea/coffee/mugs/water/biscuits/bowls/knives/forks/bowls/tea towel. The towels were fresh and spotlessly clean. The area where the chalets are is enclosed within a gated area and was quiet and peaceful. Overall a quiet comfy stay with very welcoming hosts.
