They seem to have had a big refurb since the photos on their profile. Our room and bathroom was very nice and seemed newly decorated. Location right on the beach. The owner and staff (family run) couldn't do more to help if they tried and gave our small children their own toys to play with. Breakfast great with plenty of choice and variations. Cant fault it as a B&B

Self catering caravan holidays on a small, family run caravan park next to a beautiful sandy beach. Our modern six and eight berth caravans are comfortable, clean and well equipped with shower room, kitchen, living room with Freeview TV, and two or three bedrooms. Heating in all rooms and gas, electricity WiFi Internet access, and use of the laundry room are included in the holiday price. We have a tourist information point and climbing frame with swings and slide for children. If you fancy a quiet day why not spend your time pottering about on the beach, sunbathing, paddling, swimming, building sand-castles, beach combing for fossils or beach fishing, popping back to your caravan now and then for refreshments. There are also plenty of lovely walks along beaches, footpaths or quiet lanes. Set in the quiet village of Bacton, within easy walking distance of shops, cafe, fish and chip shop and Chinese restaurant/takeaway. You will find many attractions within a short drive of the site. There is the hustle and bustle of Great Yarmouth, Cromer and the cathedral city of Norwich and many other attractions such as theme parks, the Norfolk Broads for walks and boat hire, sea boat trips for seal viewing or sea fishing, Sea Life Centres, National Trust properties, zoos, museums, steam railways and fun fairs.
This was our 3rd visit to Leas Beach Park this year, as usual a lovely clean caravan with everything you need for a self catering stay, Jos is excellent always meets you and shows you to your caravan. We have another stay booked later this month, meeting up with friends who introduced us to Leas, we have stayed at this park a few times over the past few years and can not fault it. Weather is what it is the park owner can not control this but the caravans have central heating what more could anyone ask for? There is even a washing machine to use free of charge on site. The beach is only yards away and very clean. I could go on for ages about this lovely little park but I will stop you take a look for yourselves ??

This review only applies to the private pool hire.... Pool was warm and water was clean price was reasonable. Unfortunately that's about as good as it gets. The facility itself is tired and looks nothing like that of the pictures on the Internet extremly tired and run down it was raining at the time of the visit and the roof was leaking. (Can only imagine these were taken along time ago) No changing area provided only a toilet. No seating inside apart from two very small wet children's chairs Signage stated shower before pool entry but no shower facilities available. Cctv present in the swimming pool area no Signage stating it was there. Unfortunately won't be returning

Was in caravan 20. It was like being in a car park. When I mentioned this to owners we were told to leave. They sent for police to kick us off and made up lies about us. The original review was deleted.

This beautiful little b&b tucked away in Bacton Norfolk is a must for those who appreciate a well earned rest. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners who are happy to accommodate any requirement. The rooms are beautifully restored to a high standard and kept immaculate. The breakfast, of which there is a vast choice, is cooked perfectly. By the end of your stay you feel more like a family friend than a guest. Can't recommend highly enough. Susan Worrell
