Reviewed By lcstarkshotel is in a prime location and has stuff for you to complete. The breakfast was a hearty portion but it was cold. I’m not sure why since i was sitting at the table. The cook was right there and the hostess was prompt. The staff were friendly.

Met our needs but barely
Reviewed By Vickie_BernieWe stayed one night while seeing local friends. Check in was quick but staff were not friendly. In fact I thought I was bothering the young man by interrupting his day. We were assigned a room facing the pool on the 3rd floor. It met our needs. It was just okay. Smoking was an issue. We encountered the smell because of people smoking just outside our room's AC intake. Breakfast was good.

Reviewed By prairietteAfter seeing all the bad reviews, I was happy to discover a very nice hotel. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The price was good and the Room was very nice. I would come back. The hotel is in a very good location for restaurants but is away from the clutter of the city.

Great relaxing stay
Reviewed By kristins624Clean, quiet, and away from the main road but still close to the springs (Wekiwa and Rock), and other Orlando spots. Breakfast was delicious, and pool and gym were clean and fun to use. Staff greeted us and overall a welcoming place. No complaints!

DO NOT BOOK this Hotel
Reviewed By Carol CWe booked two nights and called when our fligth was canceled - we say we still wanted our room but woudl arrive the next monring - they said fine. When we arrived they said our reservation was canceled as a no show and made us pay for the reservation a second time. I have no problem with them keeping the first night fees, but making us pay for the second night twice? When we tried to call the person working the desk woudl just set the phone dowm and not take any calls. After weeks of trying to get service - the hotel clerks were rude and refused to refund for the overcharge.
