Hostel del sol, has quadruple, octuples and double rooms, a bar and dining area with BBQ, patio with swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen. Our decor is modern basing on the colors yellow, red, blue and orange! We have all the wave!

Reviewed By Susanna2017We staid in the hostel for 2 nights. the personal was very nice, the room clean but little. nice living room with veranda, nice kitchen that everybody can use. good wifi. we didn't test the swimming pool. bike friendly. :) there is a place to park them in the night.

Hospitalidad...
Reviewed By AdventureAmorostripNosotros, los Adventure Amoros Trip, llegamos muy tarde a Famatina, a eso de las 23.00hs del 09 de Febrero del 2020, sin reserva,luego de dar muchas vueltas, nos decidimos a entrar en la Hostería Famatina, en la cuál, fuímos recibidos de la mejor manera, sumamente hospitalario, Daniel, nos ofreció algo para cenar, ya que a esas horas era muy difícil encontrar algo abierto, se lo agradecimos pero no consumimos nada, estábamos más para la cama que otra cosa. Nos dió una cómoda habitación, con buen baño, grande y con una ducha muy buena. Por la mañana, el desayuno fué excelente con pastelería realizada por su señora, exquisita!! (entre nos), una torta de nuez que ni les cuento! "bocatto di cardenale"diría mi madre(sepan disculpar si no se escribe así), y entre charlas, nos contó su historia, y nos sugirió varias alternativas de viaje para realizar a partir de allí, por lo cuál cambiamos nuestro rumbo hacia la ciudad de Belén en Catamarca!!!.Antes de irnos compramos unas bolsas de nueces que tenía para vender y salimos con el cambio de itinerario, previo recorrer el pueblo y la iglesia con el Cristo típico articulado, único,réplica del de Portugal, traído desde el Alto Perú, también por su sugerencia. Estamos muy agradecidos a Daniel y su forma de recibirnos, y acompañarnos en esa corta estadía en Famatina, nos hizo sentir muy cómodos y contenidos.

We are located just 400 meters from the main square. We have rooms and shared bathrooms, showers, kitchen, a spacious dining room, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, daily maid service, you can also use the facilities of the complex (pool, barbecue, barbecue, changing rooms, spa, solarium etc.) located west of the city at the foot of the hill, with an incredible view of the Rioja landscape.

Reviewed By Natalia_Natalia4Es el precio más barato que conseguimos, pero nos encontramos con sábanas usadas y el baño sucio. Ni siquiera habían barrido. Pasamos de nuevo a la semana y todo seguía en las mismas condiciones. Las instalaciones no son tan malas.

Dirty and noisy hostel
Reviewed By VP123456We stayed at this hostel for one night in the double room and left feeling disappointed. Bedroom - we were right next to the main common area and so it was noisy at night and in the early hours of the morning with people talking and the television on full blast. Also it felt a little awkward as the room literally opens out onto the common area, not ideal. Small but clean. Kitchen - everything seemed pretty dirty (surfaces, oven, fridge..) and was quite dimly lit. Bathroom - the bathroom close to the common area was relatively clean but the other one to the left of the common area was disgusting. Didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The decoration of the hostel isn't particularly appealing and yes there is a rooftop terrace but to get there you have to go via a dorm. It's pretty basic up there too. Staff were quite friendly and it was pretty cheap but overall...not a great experience!

De terror
Reviewed By Lumoli81De terror todo. Mariana la dueña es la reina de la desorganización y las faltas de respeto. Si no fuera por los dos voluntarios que estaban no habría ni quien abriera la puerta. Cosillas que no dicen en booking: NO avisa que hay un horario tope para volver a la noche. NO avisa que NO hay heladera disponible para huéspedes (haciendo 40 a la sombra) y con la excusa de que una de las dos heladeras las tiene rotas (problema de ella! En la semana q estuve cambió los muebles del living. Cuestión de prioridades...de terror). NO avisa que no se puede tomar mas de una cerveza por persona (ni siquiera comprándola ahí). Y asi una lista interminable de reglas qur no están claras y que va inventando sobre la marcha. Su hija de 5 años vive sola en el hostel y la tienen que cuidar los humanos conalgo de empatia y humanidad xq ella ni se hace cargo (habiendo una pileta ademas.. nuevamente DE TERROR!). La perrita de 4 meses que es divina lo mismo, si yo nole ponía agua no lo hacia nadie. No lo recomiendo para nada.
