We highly recommend staying in the cabins or the campground! There are 6 cabins, house and 12 campsites. The lake and sandy beach is only 10 steps away from your cabin. We just spent 4 days here. We rented a pontoon for the day for $120 plus gas. We stayed in cabin #4. It had air conditioning, stove, refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Everything is in good working condition and clean! It is not a 4 star hotel but we were not expecting that. Each cabin has a gas grill and fire pit. You can buy firewood, ice and bait. The resort is on Lake Wabedo, which is a good sized lake. We saw eagles, deer and loons. We loved hearing the loons call each other . Maggie and Jerry were excellent hosts and take very good care of you.

This was our first time visiting Chippewa Lodge and it was exactly what my wife and I needed for an escape! Beautiful setting on Leech Lake. The owners are super nice and work very hard to make sure you enjoy your time. We caught some fish, ate some ice cream, played golf on a local course, sat on the deck and watched the sun set. We already booked our week for next year!

We've been going to Pine Ridge for 15 years. It is a great place for family fun. Our 3 children, 8 grandchildren (and friends) ages 14 to 25 would not miss our vacation week. The 14 yr olds have been coming their whole lives. The resort has new owners this year, and while we will miss the old owners, Terry & Donna. I think the new owners, Karl & Elizabeth are going to be great. Come on up and join the fun!

There is nothing more important to the owners of this resort, than making sure their guests have a fantastic place to vacation and enjoy northern Minnesota's lake life! I've know Troy and Nancy, owners of LBR, for several years now, and it has always been clear to me that they take great pride in providing their guests fun and relaxing stay. Troy and Nancy have it ALL here! Cabins are always clean and well-kept. There are campground sites available with RV electric and sewer connections. Lakeside store for anything you might have forgot at home complete with a gas-dock for your boat. A beautiful sandy beach with a water trampoline and other water toys. Fish cleaning station for your days' catch. The list goes on and on of all the things that make this family-run resort great! Hands down 5-star hospitality at LBR! Give Troy and Nancy a call!

Stayed in Cabin 1 . About 30 feet to Woman lake. Beautiful Sunsets and most relaxing time. Can't wait to go back. Had a wonderful time watching the loons and taking photos of the lake. Don and his son were great source of info and always there to help.

If you are looking for a place to relax in the 'great northwoods', this is the place. We were immediately impressed with the resort managers. They were awesome and made our stay VERY enjoyable. Mike and Jill are 'the best'! We have stayed at many resorts in the past and customer service is what makes a vacation! They are experts! In addition, cabin 12 was fantastic! It was extremely clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Anyone looking for a great Minnesota vacation will not be disappointed!
