We had four wonderful days at your guesthouse and we still can feel the gorgeous vibrations of the pure nature. Thanks for your charming hospitality, which made us feel as being a part of the family. We arrived when nobody was there. we found a slip of paper which stucks on the door, telling us where to find the key and other helpful information and the offer that we can call them by phone in case of any missing stuff we would need from the grocer's.

Guesthouse offering two spacious, attractive fully self-contained suites with private entrances, and all the comforts of home. Guesthouse is located in the town of Field, Yoho National Park and has is central to the four national mountain parks, Banff, Jasper, Kootenay and Yoho. Close to amazing sights and year round activities and has direct access to many classic hikes (including the Burgess Shale fossil beds) and cross-country ski trails.
This is a suite with separate Bedroom with comfortable bed. It was warm, clean, quiet, comfortable, well lit by lights and natural light. Easy to park on the street. Very close to walk anywhere. Field is a small town (pop 140) with limited services and they recommend you pick up groceries on the way in. The Kitchen is very well equipped. There is no where to have breakfast in Field, so if you pack in some food, you can make just about anything you want. Coffee is supplied with the room and replenished. Self check-in and check-out was easy. It may be a bit dated for some tastes, but I thought it was cozy and nicely appointed. Reasonably priced and there is plenty to see and explore in Yoho and it is only 25 minutes to Lake Louise. I would definitely stay here again.

Georgous home ! we felt like home with Elaine. Thanks for your advices we really enjoyed our stay in Lake Louise. Breakfast are really good to start a good day of hikes. Rooms was not big but fits to our purpose. Bathroom to share was ok as we had different schedules with other guests. Living room is perfect to relax and Elaine has beautiful books on the area. we definitely recommand the place to visit the area, as very quiet and peaceful compared to lake louise village.

The Canadian Rockies Inn in Field is a wonderful spot to stay. The suites are newly renovated, very clean and the bed is super comfortable. The kitchenette is well stocked. I highly recommend staying here and will be back.

We stayed for one night in Aug 2018. Apartment styling is modest but has everything you need for a self catering stay. The host, Benoit was very helpful and even ordered "Takeout" from the local restaurant after we arrived too late to get a table. Bed was very comfy. Shower very powerful so you have to be skillful in turning it on to warm up and get in without soaking the bathroom floor. :) Train noise was not a problem and just adds to the atmosphere of this great little mountain town. We would stay again.
