With complementary breakfast served at 7 am, with choice of brewed coffee or other instant hot drinks. They offer 50% on walk in guest who stay for 12 hours. Very near Robinsons mall. They have their own restaurant too. Families stay here, with pools and a small playground area. Their cable channels are pre-screened so there are no adult channels even if guests request for it.Since Tagum is marshy, the water shower water will smell, but they keep a drinking water refilling station- free at the restaurant area.

We went to this hotel just for one night, and booked 2 rooms next to each other, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The location is OK, easy to find and there is free outdoor parking behind the hotel. Internet connection is quite good too. The rooms are very simple, with hard mattresses and hard pillows...but for 1 night it's OK...but, one of the rooms we booked smelled very strongly of sewage, it was unbearable... We called the next morning asking for air freshener but it never turned up. The showers do have hot water but very low pressure. Towels are provided. There is a minibar. Breakfast is supplied if you order it the night before at the reception desk. They bring it to your room, cold, on a plate covered with clingfilm. All in all, the hotel is OK for a budget priced hotel for a night, as long as you don't get the sewage smelling room :)

We had reserved a couple of rooms for a couple nights for our wedding. The rooms were not that great for the price they charge you. Wifi did not work for the 2 days we were there after repeated calls to ask them to look into it. You will be nickled and dimed for every little thing. I was just not pleased with the hotel itself. The free breakfast was probably their only good thing I can give a positive comment. Would not recommend anyone to stay there. Try “Happy Home Budgetel” near Robinsons Place Mall. You will get a great deal with better conditions and also a free breakfast, wifi that works and is air conditioned. Most of our wedding party stayed there in 2 dorm rooms.

A good choice if you are a group of 3 or more because they offer rooms with as many beds. As some reviews had mentioned, the rooms are very basic and only small pieces of soap provided. We had to buy shower gels, shampoos, toilet paper, etc... but not complaining because with the price we paid, we should expect so. Free breakfast is also basic but not bad. If you just need a place to shower and sleep and would not like to spend unreasonably for such purposes only, try this hotel.
