This beach is really amazing as it is away from the busy town yet it has all sorts of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. For those who are planning to enjoy Floripa, I would say this is the beach. From here you can explore other beaches but you know at the end that you will sleep in a quiet friendly area and that you will enjoy a calm beach in the early morning. It is worth it to rent a bike and go for other beaches from here. We pedaled to the near Ponta das Canas beach which is another underestimated beach. From here you can encounter a lot of other activities like Pirates of the Caribbeans Boat where they take you to some attractions around the Island with many entertainment on the way.

O barco Galeão Dourado sai do trapiche de Canasvieiras rumo à ilha do francês para um banho de mar de dez minutos à meia hora. Aqueles que preferirem podem esperar em uma praia ao lado da entrada da Fortaleza.
