As a big fan of Madeleines (the true ones), I often try some of the regional products during my trips around the world and was delighted to have found the Madeleine Cazelle in Dax. Not only the Madeleines are delicious - only made with fresh products - but the store and staff on site are really lovely. If you ask nicely, you can even have a little explanation about the history of their madeleine and the way they prepare it ;) A must stop when you visit the south west of France !
