As regular visitors to the Barossa, we wanted to discover a new cellar door and wow what a find! This place is absolutely gorgeous. The cellar door is a storybook chalet and the toilet block is like a gingerbread house. The gardens are special too. We were assisted by Eva the owner who was so lovely and the wine is impressive and so affordable too. We will definitely be returning.

Two Hands Wines Cellar Door

Situated in the tiny hamlet of Marananga in the Barossa Valley, our Cellar Door is open for tastings and sales from 10am to 5pm, seven days a week (except Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day). Our Cellar Door experience is focused on offering visitors an intimate, informative tasting of the wines throughout our portfolio, from the Picture Series through to our Flagship Series wines. From the ‘Showroom Only’ wines and the latest offerings from the Twelftree range of Grenaches, there is always something new to sample. A modest fee of $10 is charged when participating in a structured tasting, and after being hosted through their tasting experience, guests will be given a complimentary tasting glass, printed with the Two Hands logo and packaged in a bespoke canister to take away with them as a memento of their visit to our Cellar Door. We also offer more exclusive experiences such as our Vineyard Experiences and bespoke tours.

It’s worth saying again, they have a great staff. Came New Year’s Eve so it was really packed with people but the staff welcomed us in to be seated and explained there was a $10 fee. Which really is not much considering you get to keep a souvenir glass. The wines were great, especially their higher $100+ bottles. Whichever staff was available, they served us with enthusiasm and knowledge.

Had a wonderful stop over at Whistler Vineyards. As with many of the other reviews, I can only rate it as well. Great service by the experienced staff, excellent outdoor dining on the grass under the gumtrees with plenty of wildlife to watch while enjoying cool breezes on a sunny day. Great for families with swings & cubby house !

A big thank you to Bec for taking the time to educate and explain each of the Gins in the tasting flights and the effects of adding ice & then tonic. Very much appreciated given this was our 18 yo daughters first experience with gin. Thumbs up from Parent & daughter to SRD & especially Bec.
